We talk about topics that people are hesitant to talk about in order to generate interest and discussion about challenges facing our communities at large, even if they are hidden away by the social shadow, and interview those who have personally faced these experiences. We are also reaching out to other parts of the community that deal with these issues themselves as a part of their work and daily activities. We are all a Work In Progress.

Episode 0.8 The Book of Matthew

This one is special for the reason that this person is someone just like you and me, just their path in life has lead them to this point where they are joining the military. There is so much more, but the episode being released tonight will definitely fill you in a bit more!

1Take for the Fans, Part 2

This episode is definitely for the people who wanna know more about what motives a guy's drive to push through adversity and have a wholesome conversation about the people around him. In this episode, we go over the struggles of childhood mental health, addiction, and more in-between, but we also take a look at the hope that getting through the trials can take you. Come on back, it's 1TakeGraham with another take for the fans.

Episode 0.7 Back for One (more) Take

This episode is actually a deviation from our normal routine, where instead of going down the life of the individual, we strictly talked about topics improtant to them. In this upcoming episode, we talk alot about Survivor's Guilt, prescription (and non-prescription) drug addiction, love, and drive. In each of these mini topics, we will dive deep into each one and I hope you see how important it really is to just talk to someone. Outside of that, there are some brief updates, but for your listening pleasure, I kept it short and simple. Thank you so much, and see you all Wednesday for the release of the part two from One Take Graham.

1Take For the Fans, Part 1

We are talking to 1TakeGraham, a local artist here in Des Moines, in an inspiring story that takes you from his early years, what his initial themes of life were, and what it really took for him to start feeling comfortable in his own skin, the camaraderie of a sport, as well as what his later years took him through into the adult he is today, a rapper in Des Moines with features from the likes of Rick Ross and more! I hope you enjoy the beginning of the two part episodic, and I certainly loved just sitting and talking with this interesting guy!

    Episode 0.6 Updates and OneTake

This is an update for the podcast, as well as letting you all know about the upcoming interview with OnetakeGraham (and incidentally, this episode was created in one take, so take it as it is flaws and all), and to set a realistic timeline for the much talked about visual podcast, the Patreon, and how the schedule for Patron will be different than for all other platforms. Hopefully you all enjoy it!

Episode 5, Off The Spectrum Part 2

This is the ending of the overall summaries of the lives thus far of Aaron and Garrison, hosts of Off The Spectrum podcast. The most I will disclose is that it is very rambunctious, at times touching, other times just comedy, but in order to really dig into everything, it is best listened to. If you would like to follow them on Spotify, the link will be provided here: https://open.spotify.com/show/5a8ArxZIsOreF6NTVsVqOL?si=344778117cc54e6f Just feel free to let me know at 515-612-8186 if you would like to be apart of the show, or just send questions you would like to ask these two, and we may just follow up again with a Q&A episode.

Episode 4, Off the Spectrum Tomfoolery

So, first, this is a crazy episode. We are talking about fond memories, fun times, as well as touching on some of the darker aspects of our lives, with pillars of support passing, mental illness, relationships, and more. Parts of the story left me inspired, others deeply touched. I hope they do the same for you. Follow on Spotify for more shenanigans, and there will be a part two of their introduction released soon. To follow Off The Spectrum, follow them either on Anchor, Spotify, Google Podcasts, and more. Link to their Spotify below: https://open.spotify.com/show/5a8ArxZIsOreF6NTVsVqOL?si=942a0351b1864985
