    What Turning 50 Taught Me about Confidence, Self-Worth and Letting Go

    Welcome back to Glo From The Inside Out. In this week's solo episode I talk about that I can't believe I am actually 50. What a year it's been so far and how much I have achieved.  I finally feel confident in the skin I am in, my business even when there are low days. I feel confident talking in front of people. I finally believe in myself and the journey I am on. But it's not been easy.  Building self worth has been key in my journey.  I finally believe I deserve an amazing life, success and to live a joyful life.  Letting go of people pleasing, letting go of failures, friendships and my past. I feel the most free I have felt in my life. Its still a work in progress and I have a way to go. But turning 50 has been a turning point for me.     Its OK to be Vulnerable

    In this week's episode I share my vulnerable week. I have cried a t leat 4-5 times this week. I cried in an interview because the journey has been hard. I cried in the forest on my walk in the rain, I cried while exercising and I cried in the car while listening to podcast that really resonated with me.  For the first time I think ever shared a vulnerable moment on stories and the amount of people that reached out to me was amazing. It shows to others that we are all human, we all go through the same things, there will be ups and downs but it's OK.  It's about doing the work, really leaning into those habits that help you through the darkness and asking for help. You are safe and will be OK.     Building a Beauty Brand: The Mistakes I Made as a Founder

    Welcome back to Glo From The Inside Out. In this second solo episode I follow on from last week focusing on the mistakes I made as a founder launching a beauty brand. I wish I had the knowledge I have now but this was my journey and its made me into the business woman I am today.  Here is not what to do when building a product focused business: ✨ Not have a marketing plan in place ✨ No community ✨ Rush into launching ✨Not working on your mindset ✨ Not checking my packaging ✨ Launching a website that doesn't function properly ✨ Not having a launch day plan  ✨ Not Triple checking packaging The list goes on.     The Reality of Building A Brand - Lessons From A Founder

    Welcome back to Glo From The Inside Out. In this week's solo episode I dive a little into the lessons I have learnt as a founder, things I wish I had been told before I launched, mistakes I made and working on my mindset. The number one lesson is do the work. If you are thinking of launching a brand your mental health is key. Finding a balance where you are not sacrificing your health for your business is vital. Regulating your nervous system will allow you more success. The more you become magnetic.  Of course being a founder comes either financial constraints but its about building faith in yourself, being so passionate about what you do. Being a founder led brand is another massive lesson I learnt. Consumers don't want to see young perfect models. They want to resonate and be seen.     What Becoming Means To Me

    The Gratitude Mindset: How to Shift Your Energy When You Feel Stuck
