    In this episode, we spoke with Norton Wang, an investor and engineer in the blockchain industry. Norton has been a practitioner in the industry since 2013, and has worked on trading platforms, enterprise blockchains, and web3 tools. He has been through numerous market cycles and seen different themes and use cases emerge, from Bitcoin payments, to the rise of smart contracts, to the wide landscape of DeFi and NFTs today. We discussed various things which included the difference between Web1, 2 and Web3, career opportunities in Web3, what the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) space offers in terms of changing the landscape of traditional finance and why Southeast Asia's young population can potentially accelerate cryptocurrency adoption.
