EP51: Life Update: My Life, My Mindset and My Business.

It’s just you and me in this episode. After a few weeks of interviewing some incredible past clients, I wanted to sit down and have a real catch-up. A proper behind-the-scenes life update. Because so much has been happening. Right now I’m 42 years old and six months pregnant after ten years of trying to conceive. I’m also running a business, preparing for maternity leave as a solo entrepreneur, and navigating the emotional and logistical whirlwind of preparing for a baby. And honestly? It’s been a lot. In this episode I’m sharing openly about the season I’m in — the excitement, the overwhelm, the decision fatigue, and the unexpected ways pregnancy has been shifting how I move through life and business. For the first time in a long time, I found myself in a place where I knew what I wanted to do… but I wasn’t taking action. And if you know me, you know that’s not a place I usually sit. This episode is about what was really going on beneath that. It’s about the pressure I was putting on myself to figure everything out before the baby arrives, the mental load of preparing for motherhood while running a business, and the moment I realised that the more pressure I applied, the more disconnected I became. And then something shifted. When I stopped forcing clarity and started taking small actions again, everything began to move. Because one of the things I teach my clients — and something I had to remind myself of — is this: When I lead, the universe follows. Inside this episode: Turning 42 and being 24 weeks pregnant on my birthday Our Noosa babymoon and the realisation that it was our last trip as just the two of us The pressure of preparing my business for maternity leave as a solo entrepreneur Why overwhelm can create paralysis — even when you know what to do Decision fatigue around baby preparation, registries and “what do you actually need?” Navigating pregnancy while running a business from home Letting go of perfectionism and trusting that clarity will land when it’s ready The pivot I’m making inside my business this year Why I’m approaching the next season with a “f**k around and find out” energy And the reminder that action dissolves overwhelm This episode is a real, honest snapshot of the season I’m in. The becoming. The preparing. The figuring-it-out-as-I-go. And if you’re a woman navigating business, motherhood, big life changes — or simply a season where everything feels a little uncertain — I hope this conversation reminds you that you don’t have to have it all perfectly mapped out. Sometimes clarity comes after you move.

EP50: How Danni Vee’s Breakthrough catapulted her into massive success

Today I’m sitting down with Danni Vee — founder of Danni Vee Coaching and this conversation is six years in the making. Dani first stepped into deep identity breakthrough work with me in 2020. She was already running successful businesses. She had built community. She had influence. She had impact. But she didn’t own it. And that’s the part most people don’t see. In this conversation, we unpack what actually shifted for her — from feeling like an imposter and “not enough”… to becoming a confident, embodied leader running memberships, masterminds, speaking on stages, and creating real impact in the leadership space. This is not a surface-level success story. This is about doing the work. Inside this episode: ✨ What it really looks like to “face the ugly bits” in the mirror✨ Why “fake it til you make it” almost cost her her identity✨ The shift from Empower Within to her signature EMBODY framework✨ Radical responsibility in business (and what that actually means)✨ Investing in the wrong mentors and taking ownership instead of blaming✨ Building multi six-figure businesses without even recognising success✨ Chronic burnout and the cost of pushing too hard✨ Losing friendships while growing and the grief that comes with evolution✨ Asking for opportunities instead of waiting to be chosen One of my favourite parts of this episode is when Danni shares the difference between pretending to be confident… and actually becoming the woman who can hold her next level . There’s a big difference between:Faking it Manifesting it And embodying it And we break that down. If you loved this episode, tag me @shewhodaresofficial and let me know what landed. And if you’re ready to stop waiting to be chosen and start leading yourself, this is your sign. When I lead, the universe follows. When I move, the universe moves with me.

EP49: How Beck Smith Created a Platform for Women in Business through Beam in Business

Buckle in girlies because I’m sitting down with Beck Smith — founder of Beam in Business, creator of the Beam Awards, media strategist, mother of five, and the woman behind one of Australia’s fastest-growing national platforms for women in business. But this isn’t just a conversation about events and awards. This is about identity. Leadership. Resilience. And who you have to become to hold big rooms. Beck started in network marketing. She didn’t see herself on stages — she saw other people there. But instead of shrinking, she created the stage. What began as a single event has grown into multi-day festivals, national awards, media platforms, and 200+ women in rooms across Australia. And yet… behind the brand is a woman who has navigated financial pressure, betrayal, bullying, doubt, motherhood, and the messy middle of scaling something with no roadmap. Inside this conversation: ✨ How network marketing became the unexpected doorway into leadership ✨ The pivot from “Babes, Bubbles & Business” to a national awards platform ✨ Hosting 100+ women at her first events — and now filling 200+ seat rooms across Australia ✨ The expensive business lessons no one talks about ✨ Navigating betrayal, legal stress, and financial strain while still leading ✨ Why mentorship and being in rooms matters (even as a leader) ✨ What she wants women to feel when they walk into a Beam room ✨ The evolution from bullied teenager to national founder We also talk about authenticity — not performative authenticity, not curated content — but the real kind. The kind where you stop trying to “look the part” and start embodying it. Beck shared something powerful: She doesn’t want women to sit in rooms and feel like furniture. She wants them to feel heard. Seen. Valued. That’s the heartbeat of what she’s building . Like to attend a Beam in Business event? Well you’re in luck because in March Beam is hosting their yearly International Women's Day - Accelerate Her Impact Events in Sydney, Brisbane and Rockhampton. EP48: Listen to This If You’re Done With Your Own BS

This episode is a full-circle moment. I’m taking you back to 2018, to the moment I was broken, stuck, and so over my own b******t and the single decision that changed my entire life. Inside, I’m sharing how I walked away from a multi-six-figure business that no longer felt aligned, found myself in a total identity crisis, and said yes to the most transformative investment I’d ever made: Breakthrough. Not mindset work. Not fluff. Actual deep, identity-level transformation. In this conversation: The moment I realised I couldn’t fake it anymore (and walked away from success) What Breakthrough work actually is (and how it changed my life) Why subconscious, identity-level work trumps mindset every time What happened when I invested $5K I didn’t have The deeper reason we self-sabotage (even when we “do the work”) How my old identity fought hard to keep me small and how I broke the loop Why I’m closing the books on 1:1 Breakthroughs (for now) What I’m offering instead and how you can claim one of the final spots This is the work that made me who I am and it’s the work I’ve now led hundreds of women through. But as I prepare to step into motherhood, I’m closing this chapter… and opening a short window of opportunity for those who feel the pull. If you’ve ever thought about doing Breakthrough with me or if you’re hearing about it for the first time and every cell in your body is screaming “yes” this is your time. This is your sign. This is your moment to lean all the way in and trust that this is your next step. This is your line in the sand moment. 🔗 DM me the word "Breakthrough" on Instagram @shewhodaresofficial or email me at hello@shewhodares.com.au to explore this opportunity together.

EP47: After 28 Years of Teaching, She Walked Away to Follow Her Calling

This episode is special. I’m joined by my private client, Kristen Rich, founder of Time to Bloom Coaching and together we unpack the inner work that actually built her business. Kristen and I have been working together on and off since 2022. In 2024, after reading an email I shared about my failed IVF, she reached out immediately and booked a connection call to explore private support. That was almost 18 months ago. Since then, Kristen has completed a 6-month Breakthrough journey with me and is now nearing 12 months of private business mentorship. Before launching her coaching business, Kristen was a teacher for 28 years. Highly successful. Highly respected. Secure in her career. But she left it all to follow her calling — supporting women through Inner Growth Coaching. When we first connected, she had every qualification, every modality, and every reason to succeed… but something wasn’t clicking. She felt like she was showing up, but only part of her was really in the room. The rest of her was still doubting, shape-shifting, and trying to be palatable — trying to earn permission to be a founder. In this conversation, we talk about what changed when she stopped trying to be “ready” and started owning her power. Like many women, Kristen knew she was meant for more but she kept getting stuck in fear, perfectionism, and people-pleasing… until we went deep.   Inside this conversation: ✨ What really shifted when she stopped treating her business like a hobby ✨ The identity work she had to do before business mentorship could land ✨ How discovering her ADHD gave her clarity on years of self-doubt ✨ Why slowing down actually created stronger results ✨ The real reason she now retains 80%+ of her clients ✨ How she simplified her offer suite and finally saw traction ✨ What it looked like to release codependence and trust herself ✨ The truth about building a business as a former overachiever ✨ Her vision for 2026 (it’s grounded, clear, and magnetic) This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s a behind-the-scenes look at what it really takes to go from identity crisis to embodied CEO. If you’re stuck in the “I know what to do but I can’t seem to move” phase — this episode will hit.   Links & Mentions: 💌 If you are feeling that inner pull to connect with me and explore what your breakthrough or business mentorship would look like send me an email hello@shewhodares.com.au or slide into my DM over @shewhodaresoffical with the word ‘explore’ and I send you info and next steps. 📲 Not yet follow along the adventure of @shewhodaresofficial - come say hello and join our community.

EP46: My 2025 Business Review and 2026 Goals, Let’s Go!

This is the most transparent business update I’ve ever shared and one of the most exciting. Inside this episode, I take you behind the scenes of my 2025 growth, how I more than doubled my business revenue, and why 2026 marks a massive pivot in how I run and scale my work — all while preparing to give birth in five months. From letting go of my accountant of 10 years to completely overhauling my business model, I’m sharing the exact shifts I’ve made (and what I’m launching next), how I’m creating a “homemade hybrid maternity leave,” and why I believe this next chapter will be my most impactful yet — both as a woman and a founder.   Inside this episode: ✨ The real numbers: how I grew by 56% in one year ✨ Why I let go of my accountant and changed my entire financial system ✨ How I’m preparing for maternity leave as a business owner & founder ✨ My pivot from 1:1 coaching to scalable group offers ✨ Why this year isn’t about growth — it’s about grounded expansion ✨ Building a community-first business in 2026 ✨ My new daily ritual for presence, clarity, and discipline ✨ What we ticked off our 2025 vision board (it’s wild) ✨ How I’m magnetising clients from pure alignment and belief This isn’t just a business update — it’s a declaration of what’s possible when you lead with clarity, vision, and self-trust. Because I lead, the universe follows.   Links & Mentions: 💌 Work with me 1:1 before I close my books (March 31). In this powerful interview, I sit down with my client Krystal, the founder of Ember & Soul Collective and a walking embodiment of what happens when a woman decides to stop playing small and fully back herself. Krystal’s story is one of radical self-trust, transformation, and what’s possible when you finally say “enough” and create the life you actually want. We go deep into the before, during, and after of working together across Breakthrough Coaching, Business Mentorship, and now the She Who Dares in Business Mastermind.   Inside this episode: ✨ The moment Krystal decided to stop hiding in her life✨ What Breakthrough Coaching actually unlocked in her identity✨ How our work together not only healed her relationship with herself but helped her become the mother, wife and woman she desired to be.✨ Selling her family home and traveling Australia in a caravan✨ The birth of her business, Ember & Soul Collective✨ From invisible on social media to leading corporate workshops✨ The mindset shift from employee to empowered founder✨ How she now builds her business around family, freedom + purpose   Whether you’re stuck in a cycle, scared to leap, or secretly craving more — this episode will remind you what’s possible when you lead, and let the universe follow.   In March, I’m closing my 1:1 books (for the foreseeable future) as I prepare both myself and my business for motherhood. If you’ve been curious about or have felt the pull towards working with me privately through my 1:1 Breakthrough Coaching or Private Business Mentorship, this is your opportunity to explore that before my books close.
