Have had a recent resurgence of interest in cooking/culinary. Came across this podcast and it’s been inspiring for sure. Got a feeling this will lead me to some more food related content. More please!
Great host, needs a few tweaks

Adam is a great host. He makes the guest the main focus, whereas many podcasters just talk about themselves. He’s informed, intuitive and gracious. His voice is not annoying. I love the questions he asks. I love the final questions. However, I could really do without all the piped-in sound effects. They’re distracting, choppy, often too loud, and simply unnecessary with such a great host and guests. Also the instrumental music that fades in and out is too loud, and much of it sounds like the music in practically every Millennial travel vlog.
So far, so good

Stumbled into this podcast and loving it. I generally don’t like interview, free form shows - people are not nearly as witty and funny as they think they are - but Adam does an amazing job interviewing. It is clear he has done the background research. He also asks good questions and I love the vibe he has.
