Love One Another | Pastor Montaega Harrison

What if the greatest testimony of your life isn't how your love story begins—but how it endures? In this message, "Love One Another," we explore Jesus' powerful command in John 13 to love others the same way He has loved us. On the night before the cross, Jesus didn't spend His final moments talking about success, influence, or even theology. He washed His disciples' feet—including Judas'—and gave His followers one defining mark: love. Whether you're struggling to love difficult people, feeling spiritually empty, or simply wanting to reflect Jesus more faithfully, this message will challenge and encourage you. Together we'll explore three diagnostic questions: • Do I know His love? • Do I reflect His love? • Have I received His love? You'll discover why biblical love is more than emotion, why loving others starts with receiving God's love yourself, and how the Gospel gives us the power to love people who are difficult, disappointing, and even undeserving. No matter where you are in your faith journey, Jesus invites you into a love that changes everything. Scripture: John 13 1 John 4 Romans 5 John 15 1 Corinthians 13 If this message encouraged you, be sure to like this video, subscribe for more biblical teaching, and share it with someone who needs the reminder that loved people love people. #LoveOneAnother #John13 #Jesus #ChristianSermon #BibleTeaching #UnitedCityChurch #Faith #ChristianLiving #Gospel #LoveLikeJesus #Discipleship #ChurchOnline Thanks for listening! Is Jesus really the only way to God? It's one of the most controversial questions in our culture. Many people believe that all religions are simply different paths leading to the same destination. But is that what Jesus claimed? In Week 4 of our **Taboo** series, Pastor Jerbin Romero opens Scripture to examine one of Christianity's boldest claims: that Jesus isn't merely a teacher pointing toward God—He is God, and He alone is the way to salvation. Looking at John 14:6, Acts 4:12, Colossians 2, Galatians 1, and other key passages, this message explores why the exclusivity of Christ is not meant to produce arrogance, but compassion. If Jesus truly is the only way, then the Church has the greatest message of hope the world has ever known.  this message you'll discover: * Why Jesus didn't point to the way—He claimed to be the Way. * Why the resurrection changes everything. * What makes Christianity different from every other religion. * How to lovingly engage Muslims, Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, and people of other beliefs. * Why being secure in Christ should make us more compassionate, not more prideful. * How to confidently share your faith with those who don't know Jesus. **Key Scripture:** John 14:6 Acts 4:12 Colossians 2:8–10 Galatians 1:8 2 Corinthians 11:4 If this message encouraged or challenged you, be sure to like this video, subscribe to the channel, and share it with someone searching for truth. AI & The Christian How should Christians think about artificial intelligence, technology, social media, and the digital world? In this message from Romans 12, we explore one of the most relevant conversations facing believers today: how to engage AI and technology without allowing them to shape our identity, relationships, and faith. Technology is not inherently evil, but like water, not everything that looks safe is healthy to consume. The difference is the filter. Drawing from Romans 12:2, Genesis 1, Genesis 11, and Proverbs 4, we examine three biblical filters every Christian needs when navigating AI, algorithms, social media, and modern technology: • The Image Filter – Remembering that every person bears the image of God and cannot be reduced to data, content, or productivity. • The Evaluation Filter – Learning to evaluate the motives, influence, and consequences of the technology we use. • The Kingdom Filter – Using technology as a tool for God's purposes while refusing to replace biblical community, prayer, Scripture, and the presence of God. As AI continues to reshape the world around us, followers of Jesus must learn how to engage technology wisely without being conformed to it. The goal is not fear. The goal is discernment. Whether you're excited about AI, skeptical of it, or simply trying to figure out how technology fits into your life and faith, this message will challenge you to think biblically about one of the defining issues of our generation. The D- Word | Pastor Chris Kouba

The D-Word | What Does the Bible Really Say About Divorce? Matthew 19:1-12 | Mark 10:1-12 | Malachi 2:16 Divorce is one of the most painful and personal topics many people will ever face. Whether you've experienced divorce yourself, grown up in a divorced home, are struggling in your marriage, or are trying to help someone you love through it, this message is for you. In this installment of our Taboo series, we examine what Jesus teaches in Matthew 19 about marriage, divorce, grace, and restoration. Rather than avoiding difficult conversations, we open God's Word and allow Scripture to speak with both truth and compassion. Jesus reminds us that before we can understand divorce, we must understand God's design for marriage. Marriage is a covenant, not merely a contract. It is a sacred union created by God and intended to reflect His faithfulness. At the same time, Scripture acknowledges the reality of a broken world and addresses the pain that sin brings into relationships. In this message, we'll explore three biblical truths: Divorce is devastating.Divorce is permitted in specific circumstances.Divorce is not defining. Most importantly, we'll discover that no failure, wound, or broken relationship places someone beyond the grace of God. Through the story of the woman at the well and the promises of Romans 8, we see that our identity is not found in our past but in Christ. No matter what your story looks like, Jesus offers living water, healing, hope, and a future. Sacred Ground | What Should Christians Think About Israel? Israel is one of the most discussed, debated, and misunderstood topics in our world today. Between politics, media coverage, history, and personal opinions, it can be difficult to know how Christians should think about Israel from a biblical perspective. In this message, Pastor explores what Scripture teaches about Israel, God's covenant promises, the Jewish roots of the Christian faith, the ongoing conflict surrounding the nation, and God's future purposes for His people. Rather than allowing politics or culture to shape our views, we are challenged to let God's Word be our foundation.  In this message: * God established Israel * Our faith is rooted in a Jewish Savior * Why Israel remains at the center of spiritual conflict * God's future plans for Israel * How Christians should respond biblically * Why we should pray for peace in the Middle East Whether you are new to this topic or have studied it for years, this message will help you think biblically, pray faithfully, and keep your focus on Jesus, the Prince of Peace. **Scripture References:** * Genesis 12:1-3 * Genesis 17:5-8 * John 4:22 * Deuteronomy 7:6-8 * Romans 9-11 * Psalm 122 If this message encouraged you, be sure to like, subscribe, and share it with someone who could benefit from it. #SacredGround #Israel #BibleProphecy #ChristianFaith #Genesis12 #Romans11 #JesusChrist #UnitedCityChurch #BibleTeaching #MiddleEast #PrinceOfPeace Thanks for listening! The Long Game | Pastor Chris Kouba

Love is not about falling into it. It's about staying. In the final message of our *Song of Us* series, we look at the closing chapters of Song of Solomon and discover what it takes to build a love that lasts. Not just a relationship that survives, but one that grows deeper through the years. Through Solomon and his bride, we see four principles for a lasting marriage: • Have Fresh Eyes • Have a No-Compete Clause • Pursue with Purpose • Guard the Flame Whether you're dating, engaged, married, struggling, thriving, or simply hoping for a relationship one day, this message will challenge you to think differently about love, commitment, and legacy. Real love isn't built on feelings alone. It's built through intentional pursuit, unwavering commitment, and a relationship with Jesus that fuels it all. Along the way, we examine one of the most powerful passages in Scripture on love: *"Set me as a seal upon your heart, as a seal upon your arm, for love is strong as death... Many waters cannot quench love, neither can floods drown it."* (Song of Solomon 8:6-7) The love described in Song of Solomon ultimately points to something greater—the love of Jesus Christ for His church. A love that pursues relentlessly, remains faithful through every season, and never lets go. No matter where you are in your relationships today, God sees you, has a purpose for you, and desires good things for your life as you trust Him and walk with Him. #UnitedCityChurch #SongOfUs #SongOfSolomon #Marriage #Relationships #ChristianMarriage #BiblicalMarriage #ChristianRelationships #FaithAndFamily #MarriageSermon #LoveThatLasts #JesusChrist #ChristianLiving #ChurchOnline #SermonSeries Thanks for listening! Fight Night | Pastor Chris Kouba

Every relationship fights. The question is not *if* you’ll have conflict. The question is whether your conflict pushes you closer together…or farther apart. In this message from Song of Solomon 5–6, Pastor Chris Kouba walks through one of the most relatable moments in the entire book: a fight between two people who deeply love each other. Through their conflict, Scripture gives practical wisdom for communication, expectations, forgiveness, reconciliation, and fighting for your relationship instead of against each other. This message covers: * Why conflict in marriage and relationships is normal * How unmet expectations create tension * The difference between responding and reacting * Letting God work in the middle of conflict * Why forgiveness matters * How healthy couples repair quickly * Fighting *with* your spouse against the real enemy Whether you’re dating, engaged, married, healing from relational hurt, or praying for future relationships, this message is a reminder that conflict does not have to destroy intimacy. God can use it to deepen it. 📖 Scripture References: Song of Solomon 5:2–6:13 Ephesians 6:12 James 1:19–20 Ephesians 4:26–32 James 1:2–4 If this message encouraged you, share it with someone and subscribe for more messages from United City Church. #FightNight #ChristianMarriage #Relationships #SongOfSolomon #PastorChrisKouba #MarriageAdvice #ChristianDating #ConflictResolution #UnitedCityChurch #BiblicalMarriage Thanks for listening! God is Pro-Sex | Pastor Chris Kouba

What does God actually say about sex? In a world where culture is loud, confusing, and constantly redefining intimacy, the Bible gives a radically different picture—one that is honest, beautiful, protective, and life-giving.  In this message from Song of Solomon 4–5, Pastor Chris Kouba walks through one of the most talked-about passages in Scripture and shows that God is not anti-sex… He’s the One who created it. This message explores: God’s design for sex and marriage Why intimacy is deeper than just physical attraction The dangers of pornography and comparison How emotional, spiritual, and physical connection work together Why covenant matters How God redeems sexual brokenness, shame, and regret Whether you’re single, dating, engaged, married, healing from your past, or trying to understand God’s heart for relationships, this message is a reminder that God’s design is always better than the counterfeit. 📖 Scripture References: Song of Solomon 4:1–5:1 1 Corinthians 7 Romans 8:1 Luke 15 If this message encouraged you, share it with someone and subscribe for more content from United City Church. #SongOfSolomon #ChristianRelationships #Marriage #Dating #Purity #PastorChrisKouba #UnitedCityChurch #BiblicalMarriage #ChristianDating #SexAndMarriage Thanks for listening!
