It is a raw unscripted account.  The links to an X article I did about recent events:https://x.com/FairParentingUK/status/2056251905123467637 I hadn't intended to cover my story again so soon. I was planning to release an episode I recorded recently with a terrific guest. That will now air as the next episode. Sounding Like A 'Professional' PodcasterMost podcasts have a BuyMeACoffee link and ask listeners to write reviews. I meant to do that at launch in 2022 but never got around to it. I don't often look at the podcast stats but I did this week and noticed a large increase over the last 3 months. That's great. I am thankful to all listeners and guests.  In the spirit of becoming more professional, if you want to support the podcast there is a BuyMeACoffee link here: https://buymeacoffee.com/coffeeforfairparentingukYou can also support the podcast by writing a review on your podcast provider's platform and by reposting the episodes on social media. No parent would have harmed their child the way my co-parent has harmed her child. It is scary beyond words. With the regional war, the ceasefire is fragile with ships being hit and missile alerts still happening.  The government here has been wonderful, unlike the negligent UK government. Many people here have decided the UK is more dangerous than the war. I agree with them.  Our lives are in danger here but moreso in the UK. My co-parent clearly could not care less about our lives. I have nothing against her, I have only ever wanted safety from harm. She seems determined to take our lives.  I recorded this episode live on May 9th 2026. Due to events I haven't had time to edit or add a usual theme tune. It is a raw real-time unscripted account of things.  Sounding Like A 'Professional' PodcasterMost podcasts have a BuyMeACoffee link and ask listeners to write reviews. This is an episode from the Replay series in which we look back at past episodes for those new to the podcast. Today we look back at my discussion with Orsi, which was originally published on 5th February 2023. We discuss how meditation and yoga can help cope. Methods for coping with trauma are vital when going through alienation, family court or other stress. Orsi has great practical advice which is why this episode was picked to air again. It originally aired as episode 12, way back on 5th February 2023. Here are the show notes from that show: Today we talk with Orsi, a meditation and yoga teacher about using them to help cope with trauma. There is lots of content out there but I want to discuss meditation and yoga in the context of parents going through hell and how it can help. Some parents may not have considered meditation due to lack of time or stress so, for our listeners, I wanted to raise it as a tool to try. The family court is brutal for parents and children. It shouldn’t be but it is. Children and parents can be in limbo for years and suffer alienation. Parents can also suffer false allegations and financial hardship. Servere trauma can result. One thing I want the podcast to look at is ways to cope. We need ways to cope because family law is a long way from perfect and legal professionals can be detached from empathy and understanding. There are many tools we can use and today we look at meditation and yoga. Both are used increasingly these days. Many top people use meditation for business, sport and wellness. We need to try and stay well throughout the court process or while being abused so this episode is in the context of using these tools to help parents cope. Orsi discusses also discusses how meditation and yoga can help children, whether they are stressed by court or just to help with life in general. Meditation and yoga can help in so many situations. When we revisit episodes we also take the opportunity to give them an audio upgrade. Today we look back at my episode on whether there is any accountability in Family Law. The episode originally aired as episode 49 on July 7th 2024 and here are the show notes from that episode: Many of us have ours and our children’s futures decided by the family law system, not just courts but other decision makers i.e. guardians, child solicitors, social workers, etc. In practise none of them are really accountable for bad outcomes and there is no measuring of outcomes. These are 2 serious flaws I discuss that in this episode. Sounding Like A 'Professional' PodcasterMost podcasts have a BuyMeACoffee link and ask listeners to write reviews. My co-parent and a UK judge has put me and our daughter in life-threatening danger. They are supposed to work in the best interests of the child. The pretence has gone there beyond any doubt.  People have died locally and buildings have been hit. There are missle alerts and evacuation flights.  The government here has been wonderful, unlike the negligent UK. Many people have decided the UK is more dangerous than the war. Whatever happens to us, the judge leaving us without passports, cannot be in the best in the best interests of the child. They clearly could not care less about our lives and neither could my co-parent.  This is an episode of real-time X Spaces recorded in the last 2 weeks.
