    Episode 19 - Expand Your Thinking You only know what you know, and you don't know what you don't know.  This week's episode is about, when you're stuck in a problem and you need help, some times you need to put your ego to the side and ask for help.  Sometimes, you need to take accountability of your actions, apologise when you know you've made a mess of things, and take action and find people to help you solve the problem. I know I do!  In some work professions drinking alcohol, can be part of the culture and it is in construction.  An its hard to drink alcohol and try to achieve body building results that you need to compete in competitions.  So is drinking alcohol a bad thing? Well it can be.
