    The 7 Relationships That Build A Meaningful Life

    You thought God was just fixing a few things. Patching the roof. Clearing the drains. But He has something much bigger in mind. In the introduction to our brand new series — Pillars: Relationships That Build a Meaningful Life — Pastor Jerimy Kanaday opens with one of the most striking images from C.S.     If You Say So

    Peter had fished all night and caught nothing. His nets were clean. He was done. And then Jesus climbed into his boat and said — go back out. In this guest message at Christ Chapel, Pastor Rusty unpacks Luke 5:1–11 and the two words that changed Peter's life forever: "If you say so." In the Greek, that phrase means nevertheless — in spite of what I've tried, in spite of what I've lost, in spite of how tired I am. I'll obey. Provision waits on obedience. And it's obedience that activates faith. Pastor Rusty walks through four movements in the story of Peter's calling: Let Him In — Jesus stepped into Peter's boat without asking permission. He steps into your life the same way. Let Him Speak — Shallow Christianity can never encounter the depths of faith. Go where he tells you to go.
