    My guest today is Rebekah Okpoti, who you might know as thegirlyorganist (https://www.instagram.com/thegirlyorganist/) on Instagram.  I came across Rebekah’s account and even though I know very little about the organ, her content just drew me in - it is conversational, honest, personal and relatable. She shows the unedited truth about the highs and lows of being a musician, including videos of real-time practicing, something that I think we should all start doing.    Today’s conversation is all about the instagram and girly organist’s vlogging experience and how Rebekah built a community on Instagram through her honest and relatable content. We just power through.    However, this often leads to problems that manifest themselves in physical or psychological issues.
