    In this episode, I talk with Rob Palmer, who is the Founder and Brand President of Lawn Squad. His business was acquired in April of 2023 by Authority Brands. Rob started the original brand in early 2001 in Northeast Ohio and built it up to multiple locations in Ohio before they were acquired by Authority Brands and started to franchise their brand. He shares how they build systems around growth, scaling, and how he made the transition from working in the business to working on the business over 23 years. Once they were acquired by Authority Brands, they focused on how they could clone and scale their business success to any city in the country with their franchise model.
