Episode 16 - The Mother of all Episodes

Motherhood is the theme that connects the shows that are covered in this episode (In the City and House of Stassi). Only Mara and Colleen would be talking about Lindsay Clancy and Lindsay Hubbard in the same sentence. We’re also not done talking about In the City and hope it gets picked up for season 2!

Episode 15 - In Reality, We Like In the City

Episode 14 - Our Version of an Emergency Episode - Part 1 of the Summer House Reunion

We waited 3 whole days to talk to each other about Part 1 of the Summer House reunion. But this is not a recap! We may have cracked the code that is Amanda’s psychology. We marvel at how prepared Ciara is and hope she keeps her foot on the gas as the reunion continues. We also hope that questions about the timeline will actually be answered.

Episode 13 - Bravo’s In the City (But Inevitably Summer House)

Mara and Colleen are excited to be starting In the City together, but were underwhelmed by the first episode. Our conversation highlights that In the City cannot be separated from Summer House and that the Summer House drama is what makes In the City compelling for now.

Episode 12 - Bravo Always Brings Us Back - Summer House Drama

Mara and Colleen are back! We talk about how reality TV is at an inflection point in how it handles reality after the cameras stop rolling. We delve into the similarities between the Summer House and Vanderpump Rules scandals and why Amanda and West’s betrayal of Ciara is as compelling as Scandoval.

Episode 11 - Vanderpump Rules - Scandoval 101

Class is in session with Professor Colleen! In this episode we dip our toe into the Vanderpump Rules drama. And as per usual, we end up contemplating the end of reality tv as we know it. Also tune in for a special podcast announcement. Enjoy!

Episode 10 - Reality TV Mutiny and Monotony

Mara and Colleen finally get a chance to talk about Bachelor in Paradise (BIP)! Other shows discussed include MAFS San Diego (potential spoilers there), with The Kardashians sprinkled in. Highlights include lessons that the Bachelor franchise can learn from Love Island and Colleen waxing poetic about social media being the end of reality tv as we know it. Enjoy!

Episode 9 - MAFS Messiness (including Steve and Noi’s Instagram Breakup) From the Cutting Room Floor

At the end of our 8th episode, what started out as a tangential conversation about MAFS Boston’s Steve and Noi’s breakup announcements, ended up running the gamut of all our favorite reality tv topics (MAFS, Bravo, MAFS and Bravo, and The Bachelorette). Enjoy!

Fun and insightful!
