Episodes will include conversations with people who are doing important work in the world, choosing courage over comfort, and embracing their power. Becca has spent much of her life doing some form of movement and getting curious about how people show up. Over the years she has learned that seeing people and listening to their stories is such an empowering form of connecting. Mom, partner, advocate, personal trainer and athlete, Becca Jay, talks all things human with people who are leaning into life and who keep showing up.
