Progress Over Perfection: Breaking Free From Pressure, Finding Grace & Walking in Purpose W/ Alexandria Thomas

Send us Fan Mail In this powerful episode of I Am Her, You Are Me, I’m joined by Alexandria Thomas, a Faith-Based Mindset Coach, Speaker, and Recovering Perfectionist, for an honest conversation about the battle that can happen in our minds. We talk about negative thoughts, overthinking, fear, confusion, perfectionism, and the importance of recognizing thoughts that do not align with what God says about us. When confusion starts taking over, how do we get back to truth? When our thoughts tell us we are not enough, not ready, or that everything is going wrong, how do we respond? Alexandria shares how we can learn to replace negative thinking with the Word of God, renew our minds, trust God even when we don’t understand the process, and stop allowing our emotions to become louder than His truth. We also discuss the reminder that God is not the author of confusion, and how prayer, Scripture, faith, and intentional thinking can help us return to peace and clarity. This episode is for the woman who has been fighting battles in her mind, questioning herself, overthinking every decision, or struggling to trust God when she cannot see what He is doing. Sometimes the thought has to change before the life can change. Replace the lie with the Word. Replace the fear with faith. Replace the confusion with trust. 🙏🏾🩷 That is what I Am Her, You Are Me is all about. I Am Her, You Are Me is a completely unscripted, phone-based podcast and talk show centered around real people, real stories, faith, healing, purpose, growth, and becoming. Unstoppable Turning Rejection Into Reinvention & Finding Your Voice With Pretty Bhatia

Send us Fan Mail What happens when you stop allowing rejection, bullying, setbacks, and self-doubt to tell you who you are? You become unstoppable. 🔥 On this episode of I Am Her, You Are Me, I sit down with Pretty Bhatia, an advocate, content creator, and author whose journey is a powerful reminder that what you have experienced does not have to determine where you are going. Pretty has faced bullying, rejection, setbacks, and seasons of self-doubt, but instead of allowing those experiences to define her, she continued to reinvent herself, find her voice, and move forward. Today, she has collaborated with 500+ brands while continuing to use her platform and story to encourage others. But this conversation goes beyond accomplishments. We are talking about the woman behind the success. We are talking about what happens when people reject you, when you question yourself, when life does not go according to plan, and you still make the decision to keep going. We discuss resilience, confidence, finding your voice, overcoming rejection, personal growth, reinvention, and learning to believe in yourself again. Her story carries a simple but powerful reminder: you may have been rejected, but you are not finished. You may have experienced setbacks, but you can start again. You may have doubted yourself, but your voice still matters. Most importantly, you are unstoppable. 🔥❤️ Different backgrounds. Different journeys. Different parts of the world. Send us Fan Mail What do you do when you believe in God, but you’re still waiting to see His power move? In this powerful episode of I Am Her, You Are Me, I sit down with Victoria Wingfield, an author, speaker, mentor, and devoted servant of God, for a real conversation about The Power of God. We dive into what God’s power looks like beyond what we hear preached on Sunday. Throughout our conversation, we discuss faith, prayer, obedience, spiritual battles, fear, pain, waiting seasons, and trusting God when you don’t understand what He’s doing. And how do we continue believing when we’re still waiting on the breakthrough? This conversation is a reminder that God’s power is not limited by what we can see, what we understand, or what appears impossible. If you’re currently in a season of waiting, praying, believing, or fighting to hold onto your faith, this conversation is for you. The same God who moved before still has the power to move again.
