    Welcome back and welcome to the May 2025 Vancouver real Estate Market numbers! Its a Buyers market out there and if you have patience your desired property WILL be available or coming soon by the looks of the inventory count we are seeing out here... Patience is key and Buyers have all the time and selection that they ever wanted right now. SOME segments of the market have more elevated activity than others and we are seeing multiple offers here and there. However for the most part, you as a buyer have time, selection and the power to negotiate on your side again. Sellers, you need to be priced sharply! If the comparables show your property as too high or priced just average, the market will pass you by. You need to be priced SHARP to the comparables to get the attention you desire. And yes, if you are a truly unique property you will still hold elevated attention, as usual... Does the mean record breaking numbers, most likely not. But that does mean offers will still come your way....
