Rubio: Venezuela's Election System Was Built to Rig Elections Rick opened with Secretary of State Marco Rubio's statement that Venezuela's electoral infrastructure was not designed to carry out valid elections and must be replaced before any can be held. Rick said it is the first time he has heard a senior Trump administration official say it out loud, and called it a breakthrough. Rubio's statement followed the return of opposition leader María Corina Machado. A senior State Department official said talks are expected to produce a new Supreme Tribunal of Justice by the end of the year and a new electoral council after that. Rick's read: the voting systems he says came out of Venezuela are in election systems across the U.S. and about 70 other countries, put there, he argues, by the CIA and China, and they will be used against Americans on Tuesday. Why Rick Expects Chaos After the Midterms Rick argued that 2024 failed for the other side because their servers were taken down, and that the globalists can survive one Trump term but not two, so they need to take Trump down in the middle of this one. He showed video from Brazil of an election official covering a camera, and said two extra hours of counting there pushed Lula past Bolsonaro. Rick said election experts who have been on the show, including Mark Cook and Ed Solomon, say the machines can hand the House and Senate to the Democrats. His call: get out and vote, because a red wave is harder to overturn and makes a major civil war less likely. He said he does not expect a civil war, but does expect major chaos. Juan O Savin's Post-Midterm Timeline Rick summarized Juan O Savin's hour-and-40-minute interview on Michael Jaco's show, plus a private call Juan had with Rick and Coach Brett about FaithNFreedomTV. Juan had hoped the President would pause the elections around October 28. Rick said that did not happen; instead, he said, the election will run, because people are arrested for what they did, not for what they planned to do. Juan's case, as Rick told it: Trump has said a federal election should not run on machines with Chinese parts, and every machine uses a chip assembled in Taiwan and made in China. States were told not to use voter rolls that have not been cleaned, and most blue states, California among them, refused the federal citizenship check. A foreign-interference report is due 45 days after the election, on December 18. Rick said the 2020 report was missing key information, and that this one will confirm what Trump has said, so Trump will most likely not certify the result. Juan named possible dates after December 18, including the 19th, 23rd and 29th, for what Rick described as a military lockdown, arrests of people involved in election fraud, and elections paused for a year or more. Rick stressed these are Juan's dates, not his. Rick said that is why the vote still matters: it is far better for Trump to act with control of both the House and the Senate. Either way, he said, God is in control, and this is not only about America but about the other countries using these machines. Juan's Seven Categories and the Scare Event Rick walked through Juan's scale, which he compared to hurricane categories. A Category 4 disruption around election day, November 3, with frustration and lawsuits whichever way it goes. Category 5 comes if Trump declines to certify between December 18 and the end of the year, possibly with a small military action and the "ten days of darkness." Juan's advice, as Rick relayed it: prepare for your family and pets, keep gas, water and food on hand. Category 6 is unrest later in the year from the groups Rick named, and Category 7 is a scare event, as though there were a nuclear war, so the remaining secret codes can be taken out of the government's systems. Rick connected it to the Hawaii missile alert, which he said was a white-hat operation: when Hawaii's systems were about to go down, their data moved to backups at NORAD and Cheyenne Mountain, exposing secret codes the Senior Executive Service had been using. He said that answers his long-standing question of why a scare event would be necessary. Rick said Juan also explained why Trump will have the authority not to certify, and pointed viewers to the full interview on Michael Jaco's YouTube channel. Trump shared a post from young supporters who arrived at a rally at 5:30 in the morning, and he issued a string of endorsements. Rick said the message is to vote Republican down the ballot, because the plan, as he sees it, is to use Democrats and RINOs to impeach Trump. The economy. Third-quarter GDP grew 3.4%, up from 2.2% the quarter before, which the report Rick showed credited to the AI boom and consumer spending. Rick said the fake news will hide it. Virginia's new cabinet. Rick showed a post about the new Virginia governor's cabinet that, by the post's count, includes no white, Latino or Asian men. Rick said it is called diversity but means anti-white, especially anti-white men. The $1 million reward. Rick said Juan told the Jaco interview that he personally knew of three people who had applied for Trump's $1 million reward for reporting voter fraud within 24 hours. Rick also showed the Babylon Bee's satire: Democrats counter with $1,000,001 not to report it. Rick argued that no party pushing higher taxes, abortion, and men in women's sports could win half the country honestly, so it relies on fake polls, inflated voter rolls and the machines. Election Night Watch Party Rick announced an election night watch party on Tuesday, November 3, at the Ahern Hotel in Las Vegas, with Juan O Savin on the numbers, Jim Caviezel, Kari Lake and Trentis Evans. Rick said he will try to carry it live. He contrasted it with a major cable network's 2020 election-night calls, which he said were made with about 3% of the vote counted. Rick also noted that a defamation suit against a prominent election-fraud critic was dismissed this week, before it went to a jury. The Democracy Files, Part 11 Rick showed Data Republican's "Democracy Files: Illegitimacy Playbook" Part 11, on what the series calls the "not so independent" Senate campaigns of Dan Osborn in Nebraska and Brian Bengs in South Dakota. The series argues their campaigns are tied to groups working against Trump. Neither candidate has been charged with anything. Rick asked viewers for their thoughts on the coming chaos and on Data Republican's work. Brennan, Jack Smith and the Russia Collusion Story Rick showed Trump's Truth Social post of an article saying former CIA Director John Brennan is preparing for a trial over the Russia collusion story. Brennan has not been charged. Sen. Chuck Grassley described Jack Smith's claim that he never met Brennan as "highly evasive and misleading." Rick said that at minimum Smith lied, and that lying to Congress is a crime. Smith has not been charged. Rick read from Gregg Jarrett, who writes that there was never a Trump-Russia collusion conspiracy, only a conspiracy to falsely accuse him. Rick said the declassified record is making the story hard to deny. Trump's Endorsement and Netanyahu Rick shared a quote crediting Trump's endorsement of Benjamin Netanyahu with turning a likely defeat into a come-from-behind stalemate or win. Rick's point had two parts. Trump and Netanyahu are not perfect, and both have made mistakes. And the global cabal wants both out of office while, Rick believes, God says no.
