Lena B. Taylor is an internationally recognized Youtube and Tiktok content creator of DIY Home Improvement. Her renovation projects have amassed over 10 million views, inspiring countless women to discover their own talents and capabilities. She spent nearly a decade as a licensed realtor working with Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams. After showing thousands of homes, she gained expertise in how small home improvements could make a big impact. In March of 2020, the Covid-19 Pandemic forced her to leave her real estate career to be the primary caretaker for her three small children, while supporting her husband’s demanding surgical career. As she made the transition from a working mom to a stay-at-home- mom, these DIY projects gave her a sense of accomplishment and served as her creative outlet. Today, Lena is in the process of renovating a family compound while raising her family. Her passion is helping fellow stay at home moms count their tiny wins, acknowledge their unique accomplishments, and redefine what it means to be a successful woman.

Not only do I love seeing and getting ideas from Lena’s DIY projects, I get so much more from her podcasts, Instagram and tik toks about how women support women and it’s so lovely to hear! From motherhood, daily obstacles, feeling accomplished, to tackling a kitchen remodel there’s a little something for everyone to relate to.
Figuring out your Creativity
Listening to Lena on her podcast regarding Creativity, made me start thinking about myself & what I’m good at! I love researching places to visit online!! I also love Event planning & hosting dinners & parties! My husband & I Love Football & tailgating! In our younger years, we were Atlanta Falcons Season ticket holders for over 20 years & I loved organizing tailgates!! Now that we’re older, we watch most games on TV, so in 2008 I started hosting these “ Tailgates at home” which we now call “ COUCH- GATING” which my husband LOVES, since we don’t drive to Atlanta 10 times in 4 months, & the bathroom is right down the hall & the Beer is cheap!! LOL!! In 2012,
After both my sons completed Grad School, & we REALIZED we had alot of Discretionary Income, since our sons were “off our Payroll”,
So We started Traveling More! This is when I discovered TRIP ADVISOR, & literally FELL IN LOVE with planning our Trips!! I started researching places we wanted to visit & putting together Travel Folders several months before our travel dates!! My husband compliments me on the hotel’s & B& B’s I choose, along with the Restaurants I make Reservations at well in Advance, & the Tours I select based on Reviews & Ratings!! Which is why I know how important these Reviews & Ratings are!!! Lena Taylor deserves this 5 Star rating because she gives EVERYTHING she has, when she’s working on her DIY Projects, when she’s at home raising her children & “ CREATING “ a beautiful & Successful Life with her Husband!!
