Nolan Wells: What’s on HIS PHONE🫨⁉️ Karmelo Anthony NEW JUDGE‼️ | Daniel Erving

Send us Fan Mail We now know that Nolan Wells’ cell phone could be the smoking gun and one of the most important pieces of evidence in this entire case. Today, we’re breaking down what could be on that phone, why it matters so much, and why the Mississippi DA appears to be moving away from the original agreement to jointly forensically inspect the phone and is now demanding that Benjamin Crump, Christine and Elmore turn it over within 48 hours. What changed? Why does the DA now want possession of the phone instead of moving forward with the joint forensic examination that Nolan’s family and legal team say was originally agreed upon? And most importantly, what evidence could be sitting inside Nolan’s phone that could potentially turn this case upside down? We’re also turning our attention to Daniel Ewving & Karmelo Anthony and two extremely important days that could have a major impact on Karmelo's future.  I had a 1 on 1 interview with Karmelo Anthony and Daniel Erving’s attorney Sean Daredia, where he discusses important details surrounding the cases. On Wednesday, August 19, Karmelo Anthony and his legal team are expected to learn whether there will be a new judge overseeing the post trial proceedings as his attorneys seek to remove Judge John Roach. Then, on Thursday, August 20, Karmelo’s legal team will attempt to secure a new trial. These are two incredibly important days, but remember this: even if Karmelo’s team is unsuccessful in either of these proceedings, the appeal process still remains. We’re going to break down exactly what is at stake and what could happen next. Lastly, August 19 would have been Nolan Wells’ 19th birthday. 🩵 Please put some HAPPY BIRTHDAY NOLAN messages in the comment section as we continue to follow his case and the fight for answers. https://www.trentoutloud.com/  For advertising inquiries: info@trentoutloud.com    JOIN THE TRENT OUT LOUD MEMBERSHIP PERKS PROGRAM.     Hit that "Hype" button below.     Follow us on all social platforms @thetrentoutloudshow & @trentoutloud     POWERED BY TRENT OUT LOUD NETWORK INC Support the show Thanks for listening! Nolan Wells: DA Investigating A CRIME Not A Drowning?🤔⁉️

Send us Fan Mail Today, we’re doing something we rarely do on this channel. We’re giving you access to information from inside sources about what we believe could potentially be a groundbreaking development in the Nolan Xavier Wells case. We have reason to believe that the Mississippi DA may not simply be investigating a drowning. Based on what our sources are telling us, there could be a criminal investigation underway, and today we’re going to explain exactly why we believe that could be the case. We’re also revisiting something former Officer Brandon Tatum said last week about Nolan’s phone. Tatum questioned why investigators would need Nolan’s physical phone if this were simply a drowning investigation. Yesterday, we reported that the Mississippi DA gave Nolan Xavier Wells’ family, estate and attorneys 48 hours to turn over Nolan’s phone. Today, Benjamin Crump and attorneys representing Nolan’s estate responded, saying they will not turn over the phone unless the DA honors what they say was the July 15 agreement allowing both sides to jointly inspect the device. So we have to ask the question: Why is Nolan’s phone suddenly so important? Why does the DA want it within 48 hours? And could Tatum have been right about what the demand for the phone potentially tells us about the direction of this investigation? We’re also going over reports that this case may not be presented to a grand jury for another 30 to 60 days, as well as what we know about the autopsy that was completed approximately two weeks ago. Finally, we’re going to lightly touch on what we believe the Mississippi DA could potentially be investigating. There is one individual in particular who has largely stayed away from the spotlight, has not participated in the interviews with former Officer Tatum and does not appear to be represented by the same attorneys associated with some of the other individuals involved. We are NOT claiming that anyone committed a crime or that we know who, if anyone, prosecutors may ultimately focus on. We’re separating what has been publicly established from what our sources are telling us and connecting the developments that could point toward where this investigation is headed. Could the Nolan Xavier Wells investigation be much bigger than a drowning investigation? https://www.trentoutloud.com/  For advertising inquiries: info@trentoutloud.com    JOIN THE TRENT OUT LOUD MEMBERSHIP PERKS PROGRAM.     Hit that "Hype" button below.     Follow us on all social platforms @thetrentoutloudshow & @trentoutloud     POWERED BY TRENT OUT LOUD NETWORK INC Support the show Thanks for listening! Nolan Wells: PROOF of Corruption in Mississippi DA Office?🤔⁉️

Send us Fan Mail This is an incredibly major and significant development in the Nolan Xavier Wells case. The Mississippi DA has sent a shocking letter to Nolan Wells’s estate, legal team, and family, demanding that Nolan’s cell phone be turned over within 48 hours. Here’s why this is so significant. On July 15, Benjamin Crump, Nolan’s family, and their legal team held a press conference after meeting with the Mississippi DA. During that press conference, Crump told the public that an agreement had been reached regarding Nolan’s cell phone. According to Crump, both sides would have access to the phone and examine it jointly. Now, everything appears to have changed. After receiving the DA’s August 12 correspondence demanding the phone within 48 hours, Nolan’s legal team responded on August 13 and reminded the DA that there was already an agreement in place. They stated that they had been waiting for a date and time to conduct the joint examination. According to Nolan’s legal team, the August 12 correspondence now appears to indicate that the DA no longer intends to honor that joint process. To me, in my opinion, that represents a significant shift from the Mississippi DA. Why has the DA apparently changed course? What happened to the original agreement? Why is Nolan’s family suddenly being given 48 hours to surrender his phone instead of both sides examining it together as previously discussed? Is this corruption? Is this a cover-up? Or does the DA have a legitimate explanation for this sudden change? And that’s not the only major issue raised in the August 13 letter. Nolan’s legal team also addressed Dr. Roger Mitchell, the pathologist conducting the family’s independent second autopsy. According to the letter, Dr. Mitchell is still waiting for dates and times to examine materials remaining from the first autopsy that he needs to complete his independent examination. So we now have serious questions surrounding two critical pieces of this investigation: Nolan Xavier Wells’s cell phone and the completion of his family’s independent autopsy. Today, we’re breaking down both letters, what was originally agreed to, what appears to have changed, and why this latest development raises even more questions about what is happening inside the Mississippi DA’s office. https://www.trentoutloud.com/  For advertising inquiries: info@trentoutloud.com    JOIN THE TRENT OUT LOUD MEMBERSHIP PERKS PROGRAM.     Hit that "Hype" button below.     Follow us on all social platforms @thetrentoutloudshow & @trentoutloud     POWERED BY TRENT OUT LOUD NETWORK INC Support the show Thanks for listening! Nolan Wells: Did Nancy Grace LOSE to Officer Tatum?🤔 | Autopsy UPDATE⁉️

Send us Fan Mail Yesterday, Nancy Grace had former officer Brandon Tatum back on her show to discuss the latest developments in the Nolan Xavier Wells case. I have a tremendous amount of respect for Nancy. I think she’s a legend, and she has done an amazing job covering Nolan’s case, but yesterday she had three major missteps that we have to address. And I hate to give former officer Tatum any credit, but I have to call it like I see it. On some of these points, Nancy got it wrong. The first misstep, in my opinion, falls heavily on her producers. Nancy appeared to be unaware of exactly where Nolan’s phone currently is. Tatum attempted to explain it to her, and considering Nancy is clearly not overly trusting of Tatum, I don’t blame her for questioning him. However, her producers should have known that Nolan’s mother, Christine, currently has the phone and that the family has requested a joint forensic examination involving both sides. We showed you the letter confirming that request in yesterday’s video. Nancy’s producers should have had that information in front of her. Nancy’s second misstep came during her conversation with a digital forensics expert. She questioned whether Nolan’s physical phone was actually necessary or whether investigators could simply obtain the information from the cloud. Her own forensic expert pushed back and explained why access to the physical device can be important. Then came the third misstep involving Tatum. Nancy challenged him over whether he had said Nolan drowned. But when you rewind the tape and listen carefully, Tatum did not definitively say Nolan drowned. He said, “if he drowned.” That distinction matters, and on that specific point, I have to give Tatum credit. We’re also recapping yesterday’s press conference featuring Benjamin Crump, Rev. Al Sharpton, Nolan’s mother Christine, and his father Elmor. With what would have been Nolan’s 19th birthday approaching, the family and their representatives provided updates on the investigation and once again addressed the whereabouts of Nolan’s phone. According to the family’s position, the phone remains with Christine while they await coordination with the Mississippi DA’s office so that it can be forensically examined with both parties involved. We’ll also discuss the latest update surrounding the family’s independent autopsy and Dr. Roger Mitchell. The family’s team says Dr. Mitchell is still waiting for access to materials he needs in order to complete his examination, raising continued questions about why those materials have not yet been made available. There are a lot of moving parts in the Nolan Xavier Wells investigation, and today we’re breaking down what Nancy Grace got wrong, what Tatum got right, and what Nolan’s family is now saying about his phone, the independent autopsy, and the investigation. https://www.trentoutloud.com/  For advertising inquiries: info@trentoutloud.com    JOIN THE TRENT OUT LOUD MEMBERSHIP PERKS PROGRAM.     Hit that "Hype" button below.     Follow us on all social platforms @thetrentoutloudshow & @trentoutloud     POWERED BY TRENT OUT LOUD NETWORK INC.  Support the show Thanks for listening! Nolan Wells PHONE & THROAT Withheld😳 | TMZ Backpedals‼️

Send us Fan Mail Nolan Xavier Wells’ former friends’ lawyers, Tyler Cox and Edward Paltzik, appeared on a podcast, and things got heated when a caller asked about Nolan’s phone. Tyler took the opportunity to throw shade at Nolan’s mother, Christine, appearing to suggest that she still has Nolan’s phone and is not cooperating with investigators. Christine’s legal team responded quickly with a letter to the Mississippi DA, stating that they have requested a joint investigation and examination of Nolan’s phone and are still waiting for that process to happen.  The letter also addressed Dr. Roger Mitchell, who is conducting the independent second autopsy. According to Christine’s legal team, Dr. Mitchell is still awaiting access to necessary materials needed to complete his examination. Once again, we have to ask: WHERE IS NOLAN’S THROAT? Why has the independent pathologist still not received everything he needs to complete his work? Nolan’s former friends’ two lawyers also appeared on Nancy Grace, where Nancy challenged several important parts of their narrative. They discussed the two witnesses who reportedly claimed they saw Nolan after his friends left Horn Island, but Nancy raised serious questions about those accounts. They also discussed the picture/video promoted by former Officer Brandon Tatum as evidence supporting the boys’ version of events. Nancy asked the SAME question I’ve been asking: WHERE IS THE TIMESTAMP? If this evidence is supposed to establish when and where that footage was recorded, why haven’t we seen the original metadata and timestamp? Then there’s TMZ. TMZ co-host Charles Latibeaudiere appeared on Don Lemon’s show, and now the tone seems to be changing. After weeks of coverage that I believe has been heavily favorable toward Nolan’s former friends, TMZ is now acknowledging that some of their behavior appears strange. So what changed? Lastly, members of the Congressional Black Caucus are putting federal authorities on notice and calling for a review of the investigation into Nolan Xavier Wells’. We’re breaking down ALL of it today because the questions surrounding Nolan’s phone, the independent autopsy, the alleged witnesses, the missing timestamp and the handling of this investigation are not going away. https://www.trentoutloud.com/  For advertising inquiries: info@trentoutloud.com    JOIN THE TRENT OUT LOUD MEMBERSHIP PERKS PROGRAM.     Hit that "Hype" button below.     Follow us on all social platforms @thetrentoutloudshow & @trentoutloud     POWERED BY TRENT OUT LOUD NETWORK INC.  Support the show Thanks for listening! Nolan Wells: Lawyer Protects WHITE ELITES with TMZ's Help?🤔⁉️

Send us Fan Mail Former Officer Brandon Tatum has released Part 2 of his second interview with Nolan Xavier Wells’ former friends, but before we get into what was said, we need to revisit what happened during Part 1. Yesterday, we saw someone many people had never seen before: attorney Edward Andrew Paltzik. Nobody really knew who he was, but he immediately looked familiar to me. After doing a little digging and getting a clearer look at his face, I realized exactly where I remembered him from. Edward also represented Joe McCann during the Ashlee Jenae investigation in Tanzania that dominated headlines throughout April. During that investigation, I publicly questioned Joe McCann, TMZ, Edward Paltzik, and what I believed were questionable tactics surrounding the case. Now Edward has surfaced again in the Nolan Xavier Wells case. Edward previously represented Donald Trump, and today we’re going to take a closer look at his background, his tactics, and what I believe are similarities between how these situations have been handled. Then we’re breaking down Part 2 of Brandon Tatum’s second interview with Nolan’s former friends. During the conversation, some of the friends ask, “Why aren’t we in jail yet?” They also address the Sea Tow call and once again discuss the video that Tatum has presented as evidence that Nolan was not on the boat. But there is still one major problem: we have not been provided the original metadata. Brandon Tatum personally told me that he would provide me with the metadata connected to the video and images. He still has not provided it to me, and the metadata was not presented during this interview either. Until the original metadata is independently examined and verified, I do not believe the public should treat this video or image as conclusive proof of when or where it was recorded. Today, we’re breaking down the interview, the attorneys involved, the Sea Tow discussion, the missing metadata, and the questions that still remain in the Nolan Xavier Wells case. https://www.trentoutloud.com/  For advertising inquiries: info@trentoutloud.com    JOIN THE TRENT OUT LOUD MEMBERSHIP PERKS PROGRAM.     Hit that "Hype" button below.     Follow us on all social platforms @thetrentoutloudshow & @trentoutloud     POWERED BY TRENT OUT LOUD NETWORK INC.  Support the show Thanks for listening! Nolan Wells Autopsy REVEALED?🤔 TOXICOLOGY ALSO🫨⁉️

Send us Fan Mail Chris Cuomo was on Crime Time with Chris, where he told his audience that he has privileged information from Nolan Xavier Wells’ sealed autopsy and toxicology reports. Mississippi officials have made it clear that the investigation and autopsy will remain sealed until the case goes before a grand jury, so I have one major question: How does Chris Cuomo have this information? We’re also going to discuss Cuomo’s interview with Bart’s attorney, Russell Latino. Chris asked him several direct questions about Bart and his involvement in the Nolan Xavier Wells case, but in my opinion, his attorney repeatedly beats around the bush instead of providing clear answers. We’ll also talk about Nolan’s friends lawyering up and hiring one of Donald Trump’s former defamation attorneys. This past weekend, the attorney reportedly went back to Horn Island with them. Why does a defamation lawyer need to visit Horn Island? What exactly were they doing there? After visiting the island, the boys sat down once again with former Officer Brandon Tatum for a second interview. We’ll cover that interview, but I’ll tell you right now: I believe it was a colossal waste of time. Once again, it felt like an attempt to make the public feel sorry for them instead of focusing on getting justice and answers for Nolan. Finally, many of you know that I have personally been in conversations with former Officer Tatum. He asked ME to interview HIM. Today, I’m going to tell you the details surrounding that interview and explain why I believe former Officer Tatum is now avoiding the very interview he asked me to do. https://www.trentoutloud.com/  For advertising inquiries: info@trentoutloud.com    JOIN THE TRENT OUT LOUD MEMBERSHIP PERKS PROGRAM.     Hit that "Hype" button below.     Follow us on all social platforms @thetrentoutloudshow & @trentoutloud     POWERED BY TRENT OUT LOUD NETWORK INC.  Support the show Thanks for listening! Nolan Wells: Officer Tatum HAS FLED🏃🏾 and IS TERRIFED?😰️⁉️

Send us Fan Mail Yesterday, I told you about a conversation I had with former Officer Brandon Tatum. During that exchange, I asked him to provide the metadata from the photos and videos he referenced to support his claim that Nolan’s friends were exonerated. He told me he would provide the metadata, but that never happened. Today, we have a Part 2 to that conversation. Former Officer Brandon Tatum asked me to interview him so he could explain his position on the Nolan Xavier Wells case. I accepted his invitation and agreed to have an open discussion. However, after reading my response, he left me on read and has not replied. It now appears he has decided not to sit down and answer questions.  Next, we’ll address the rumors circulating online claiming that Christine is under investigation based on information from an anonymous source. That investigation was reportedly closed just two hours after it began, and we’ll break down what actually happened. We’ll also discuss comments made by Bart Edmundson’s coach, who claimed there is no information linking Bart to the case. That statement raises serious questions. Bart’s own friends have said he was there, and the Sea Tow call includes someone saying, “Dammit, Bart.” That does not determine guilt or innocence, but it does contradict the claim that there is no information connecting him to the events. Finally, it has been announced that Nolan’s former friends, the young men who were on the boat with him, have retained a new defamation attorney. The attorney is a former lawyer for Donald Trump and is widely known for handling high-profile defamation cases, including matters involving Trump, CBS, and Paramount. We’ll discuss what this could mean moving forward. https://www.trentoutloud.com/  For advertising inquiries: info@trentoutloud.com    JOIN THE TRENT OUT LOUD MEMBERSHIP PERKS PROGRAM.     Hit that "Hype" button below.     Follow us on all social platforms @thetrentoutloudshow & @trentoutloud     POWERED BY TRENT OUT LOUD NETWORK INC.
