Kohen Wiley’s family and attorneys just held a powerful press conference, making it clear that they believe this is an open-and-shut case and that Officer Hunter Foster should be held criminally accountable for the Kohen Wiley incident.  In today’s video, we’re going over the entire press conference. Authorities are expected to officially release the complete footage today after allowing the family to view it first. But one major question remains: Who leaked yesterday’s footage, and why? During the press conference, the family and attorneys raised several serious concerns: * Alleged Shoplifting: Attorneys emphasized that this was an alleged shoplifting incident. Nobody had been arrested or charged with shoplifting at the time. * Officers’ Actions: The family’s legal team argued that officers appeared prepared to act aggressively before the vehicle was allegedly pointed toward them, pointing to footage showing officers running out of Walmart with their hands near their waists. * Walmart Policy: Attorneys questioned why officers pursued the situation on Walmart property when Walmart’s shoplifting policy reportedly discourages chasing suspected shoplifters. * Independent Autopsy: Mississippi has not yet released the official autopsy findings. According to the family’s attorneys, an independent autopsy determined that Kohen Wiley was struck from the side rather than directly from the front. * Use of Force: Attorneys referenced Supreme Court precedent requiring each use of force to be evaluated individually. Darkhorse Press has obtained body-camera and Walmart surveillance footage from the June 14, 2026, officer-involved incident with Kohen Wiley in Senatobia, Mississippi. Yesterday, we reported that Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch determined that Senatobia Police Officer Hunter Foster was justified in his use of force and would not face criminal charges. That decision has sparked significant backlash. We will pin yesterday’s video in the comment section below. Today, we’re examining the newly released footage. According to an article published by Mississippi Today, in collaboration with journalists from The New York Times and Verite News, a law enforcement official who requested anonymity confirmed the authenticity of the footage. The news organizations also conducted their own video analysis, comparing the recordings with previously captured bystander footage. Darkhorse Press reports obtaining three body-camera recordings and two Walmart surveillance recordings. HOWEVER, THERE IS SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER! We still have NOT seen all the available footage, including the body-camera recording from Hunter Foster, the officer identified as having fired the shots. Based on the footage I have reviewed so far, including the Walmart surveillance video, I believe Hunter Foster was NOT justified in his use of force and should be arrested immediately. That is my opinion. What I see raises serious concerns about the actions of Officer Foster and what I believe was a clear abuse of power. However, I also recognize that additional footage could provide important context, which is why the complete release of ALL available recordings is so important. In today’s video, we’re going to review the footage together, discuss what it shows, what remains unanswered, and whether Attorney General Lynn Fitch’s decision was justified.     Nolan Wells Friends Lawyers SCARED?

After 72 hours, I’m beginning to question whether Edward Paltzik and Tyler Cox ever had any serious intention of having a meaningful conversation. Approximately 72 hours ago, I released a video discussing an olive branch that Tyler Cox reportedly extended to Secret Service Sam, suggesting that both sides sit down and have a conversation. Sam subsequently invited me to participate in order to balance the discussion, with two lawyers, two content creators, and Sam facilitating the conversation. We then presented our terms and proposals, including TWO NON-NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: 1. THE SEA TOW AUDIO: Both sides would mutually agree on an independent, court-approved forensic audio expert to examine the UNREDACTED Sea Tow audio, followed by a qualified forensic transcription specialist to help establish exactly what can be heard in the background. The goal? To finally give the public credible, independently examined forensic evidence instead of endless speculation. 2. THE ALLEGED HORN ISLAND WITNESSES: We wanted answers about the credibility and reliability of the witnesses who reportedly claimed to have seen Nolan Xavier Wells on Horn Island around 6 PM on July 4. How did they identify Nolan? Did they know him personally? How far away were they? And what evidence supports their accounts? These were not unreasonable requests. They were requests for FACTS, FORENSIC EVIDENCE, and TRANSPARENCY. Now, approximately 72 hours later, we have yet to see meaningful progress toward agreeing on these two conditions. From my perspective, the apparent reluctance to address these specific issues raises serious questions about whether this proposed conversation was ever going to happen. But here’s what I find particularly interesting: I’m actually GRATEFUL that these two issues appear to be sticking points. Because if anything, this experience has reinforced exactly where I believe we should be focusing our attention as we continue demanding answers for Christine and Elmore. This has NEVER been about winning an online argument. This is about establishing the FACTS, examining the FORENSIC EVIDENCE, and demanding JUSTICE FOR NOLAN XAVIER WELLS. Over the past several days, the calls for justice have continued to grow, with protests and gatherings in New York City, Atlanta, and other locations across the United States. And from what we’re witnessing, this movement is only gaining momentum.
