    Nolan Wells: AUTOPSY, THROAT & PHONE! 😡⁉️

    Send us Fan Mail Over the past few weeks, I’ve been busy EXPOSING what I call the Puppet Master’s (Warren Hudson’s stepmother, Jackson County Chancery Judge Ashley Cole)  Circus 🎪. I have been actively EXPOSING THEIR LIES and making sure they are not succesful in changing the narritive surrounding the Nolan Xavier Wells case. We’ve EXPOSED former Officer Brandon Tatum, Tamera Nealy, Nancy Grace, attorneys J. Tyler Cox and Edward Andrew Paltzik, Johnny Hewitt, United Cajun Navy Incident Commander Josh Gill, Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, Morgan Seymour and Bart Edmiston Jr. Interview after interview, statement after statement, we have reviewed their claims, pointed out contradictions and challenged information that I believe does not add up. But today, I want to TRY and bring ALL OF US back to center. Because while everybody is arguing about interviews, personalities and competing narratives, I believe there are THREE things Mississippi would love for us to stop talking about: NOLAN’S AUTOPSY. NOLAN’S THROAT. NOLAN’S PHONE. Those are the three things I refuse to lose focus on. Today we’re going back to the legal communications from Nolan’s estate, including the August 11 letter concerning Nolan’s cellphone and the follow-up August 13 communication. The August 11 letter is especially important because attorney Ahmad R. Smith reiterated that Nolan’s family and legal team were “ready and willing” to arrange a JOINT forensic inspection of Nolan’s cellphone, referencing the July 15 meeting where a joint examination had previously been discussed. That PHONE could contain answers. The AUTOPSY could contain answers. And we still have questions surrounding Nolan’s THROAT. So after weeks of dealing with the circus, it’s time to refocus. Forget the distractions. Forget the personalities. Forget the interviews. AUTOPSY. THROAT. PHONE.     Nolan Wells: “Candace Owens” GRILLS Nolan’s Friends & Lawyer🫨⁉️

    Send us Fan Mail Tamera Nealy (Candace Owens 2.0) sat down with Nolan Wells’ former friends Warren Hudson and Jax Martin, long with their attorney Tyler Cox, for two separate interviews. The first video was titled, “I Grilled Nolan Wells’ Best Friends, Warren and Jax, for HOURS Until They Told Me Everything.” The second interview with Tyler Cox was titled, “Nolan Wells’ Friends’ Lawyer Just Told Me Everything No One’s Mentioned.” We’re going to go over BOTH videos, and after we do, I want you guys to tell me in the comment section: Do you think Tyler Cox actually told Tamera EVERYTHING? And do you believe Warren and Jax were really “grilled” until they told her everything? During her interview with Warren and Jax, Tamera asked several questions, including: Did Nolan spend most of his time at home, or did he spend most of his time at his friends’ houses? Where did Nolan actually sleep/live? Are Warren, Jax and Morgan planning to have their own gathering to remember Nolan? Why do Warren and Jax believe Nolan’s parents lied? And finally, what do Warren and Jax believe actually happened to Nolan Wells? Then we get to Tamera’s interview with Tyler Cox, and there was one moment that I thought was EXTREMELY cringe. Tyler told Tamera that sitting across from her felt like he was having a “fangirl moment.” 😬 Tamera asked Tyler why he chose to represent Warren, Jax and Morgan when there were reportedly 24 other witnesses. She also asked him about the viral video former Officer Tatum put out, where some people claim you can see what appears to be one of Nolan’s hands or leg during the video, which they believe suggests Nolan was still on the boat. Tyler addresses that claim. Tamera also asked Tyler if Nancy Grace is going to receive a defamation letter and why the FIRST defamation letter was sent to Al Sharpton when thousands of other people have said things about this case that could arguably be considered worse. But what REALLY caught my attention was how the video ended. Tamera plugged the GiveSendGo fundraiser for Nolan’s former friends with the money going to Tyler Cox Law Firm BUT Tyler Cox has admitted he's reprsenting Warren, Jax and Morgan FOR FREE! To me, that is further proof that this is all about MONEY for them.     PT2 Nolan Wells: Officer Tatum SUING ME😰 FOR DEFAMATION (Full Interview)⁉️

    Send us Fan Mail I’m back with PART 2 of my coverage of former Officer Tatum’s interview with Tamera Nealy, and after watching the FULL interview, I’m laughing even harder. 😂 In Part One, I reacted to the preview clip where Tatum appeared to be preparing to come after me for DEFAMATION over statements I’ve made while covering the Nolan Xavier Wells case. But after sitting through the entire interview, I can confidently say this may be one of the most embarrassing interviews I’ve watched from former Officer Tatum. And there is A LOT to unpack. Tamera opens the interview by selling T-shirts within the first few minutes. Why does that matter? Because these same people repeatedly say this is about getting to the bottom of what happened to Nolan Wells, yet somehow merchandise and fundraising continue to find their way into the conversation. Tamera then asks Tatum why Black people are supposedly upset that he went to Horn Island, which completely misses the criticism many of us have actually made. They eventually get into my video about Tatum allegedly being “fired” by Nolan’s former friends, but things get even more interesting when Tatum addresses the Nancy Grace and Johnny Hewitt situation. Tatum actually acknowledges that the Nancy Grace preview clip was misleading and admits that he made a mistake when he interviewed Johnny Hewitt. I’ll give him credit for admitting it. Tatum even says he met with his team afterward and told them they needed to be more careful going forward. Then we get to the MONEY. Tatum criticizes Christine and Elmore Wells and Benjamin Crump over the family’s GoFundMe, arguing that this shouldn’t be about raising money. But there’s a major problem with that argument. Nolan’s former friends have their own GiveSendGo fundraiser that has raised a substantial amount of money. Then comes what I believe may have been a VERY interesting slip while Tatum was discussing Nolan’s autopsy, which the Mississippi DA has said would be sealed. Tatum also appears to confirm something I’ve suspected for a while: there may be trouble in paradise between him and Nancy Grace. During this interview, he describes Nancy as a “sensationalist,” and we’re going to talk about what that could mean. But the BIGGEST moment comes near the end. Former Officer Tatum makes a statement that I believe raises serious questions about his position on what someone should do if they have information relevant to an investigation. His comments appear to suggest that a person should lawyer up, keep their mounth shut rather than simply go speak to police. I have A LOT to say about that.     Send us Fan Mail Former Officer Tatum is allegedly preparing to sue me for DEFAMATION for things I said about him while covering the Nolan Xavier Wells case… and I’m supposed to be scared? 😂 Yesterday, former Officer Tatum released a preview of his sit-down interview with Tamera Nealy, and during that preview, he accused me of lying about him and making defamatory statements. Here’s the funny part: while discussing a video of mine, Tatum apparently refuses to even say my name. Yet his team took MY Instagram Reel, featuring my face and my voice discussing my claim that he was “fired,” and placed it directly at the beginning of the preview. So who exactly are we talking about here? 🤔 Then Tatum talks about having to “tune things out.” Well, why do you need to tune us out? The videos, the comments, the likes, the people questioning you… clearly somebody is bothered.  But let’s remind everybody how this entire back-and-forth started. After my appearance on TMZ, where I challenged Harvey Levin over whether he actually had the metadata connected to the video Tatum released involving Nolan Wells’s three former friends, Tatum and I went back and forth in our DMs. Tatum told me he would get me the metadata. He never did. Then HE asked to come on MY YouTube channel and sit down with me. I told him YES. Anytime. Since then? Nothing. Former Officer Tatum, nobody over here is afraid of you. I’m not afraid of your lawyers, and I’m not afraid of your alleged defamation lawsuit. And quite frankly, I don’t blame you for not sitting down with me.     PT2 Nolan Wells Friends: ARREST THEM “There's MORE PROOF”🫨⁉️

    Send us Fan Mail Part 2 of attorney Tyler Cox’s interview with Bob Bianchi may somehow be WORSE than Part 1, if that’s even possible. Tyler Cox, the attorney representing Nolan Wells’ former friends Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour, is back for Part 2 of his interview on Bob Bianchi | True Crime, and I have even MORE questions after listening to these explanations. They gave what I believe are ridiculous excuses for why they have not released the pictures and videos they claim could help prove their clients’ innocence. They also attempted to explain why three boats and approximately 30 people would allegedly leave Nolan behind on Horn Island. Then we get to the timeline. According to what was discussed in the interview, they did not realize Nolan was missing until approximately SEVEN HOURS later. I have serious questions about how that makes any sense. But one of the biggest issues for me involves Nolan’s father, Elmore Wonsley, and Nolan’s keys. The version being presented now does not match what Elmore himself has previously said publicly. Elmore said that when he went to retrieve Nolan’s keys, he was initially told they did not know where the keys were. It was only after speaking with a girl who had been at the house that he was told the keys were on top of an Xbox. So why are we now hearing a different version of what happened? Tyler Cox also discussed having approximately 24 witnesses, but there was another moment in this interview that immediately caught my attention. At one point, you can hear Tyler say, “Sorry, could we do that part over?” That raises serious questions for me about how this interview was conducted and whether portions of the conversation or questions were redone. Then comes another contradiction that I cannot ignore. Tyler tells people they need to trust the police, but only minutes later discusses why he does NOT trust the federal government. So which is it? And then Tyler reveals that he is handling this case PRO BONO. That immediately raises another major question: if Tyler Cox is representing them pro bono, why was a GiveSendGo created seeking hundreds of thousands of dollars, including money for legal expenses? There are more questions after Part 2 than there were before it.     Nolan Wells Friends: ARREST THEM “We Finally have CAUSE”🫨⁉️

    Send us Fan Mail Huge development in the Nolan Xavier Wells case. Tyler Cox, the defense attorney representing Nolan’s former friends Warren Hudson, Morgan Seymour and Jax Pitalo, just sat down for a live, unedited interview, and I believe he revealed some of the most troubling information we’ve heard yet. I’m not saying these boys are guilty, but after hearing this interview, I have serious questions about whether investigators have enough information to establish probable cause for an arrest. Cox addressed why he continues speaking so publicly to the media, something I find unusual for a defense attorney in a case receiving this much attention. I don’t believe his explanation. In my opinion, these media appearances appear designed to influence the public narrative surrounding Nolan’s death and potentially shape perceptions before this case ever reaches a jury. He also claimed police don’t have enough evidence against Nolan's former friends, which is a questionable statement. He quickly corrects himself. Then came one of the biggest revelations: Cox says he was hired on July 5, the day before Nolan was found. Nolan was still considered missing at that point. Why did Warren, Morgan, and Jack’s already need a defense attorney working and investigating on their behalf while everyone was supposedly still searching for Nolan? But the interview gets even more questionable. Cox describes the boys going through what he characterized as a long, grueling interview with law enforcement before Nolan was found. But according to the timeline we’ve been following, the boys did not go into the police station for their in-person interviews until July 7. On July 5, their interaction with law enforcement was reportedly by phone. Even interviewer Bob Bianchi appears skeptical and challenges Cox. There are so many red flags in this interview that we need to go through it piece by piece. What did Tyler Cox reveal? Why was he already working for the boys on July 5? Why does his description of the police interviews appear to conflict with the timeline? And why is the defense speaking so aggressively in the media?     Lindsay Clancy Could WALK THE STREETS FREE🫨⁉️

    Send us Fan Mail Major development today in the Lindsay Clancy case. At 10 AM this morning, after days and hours of deliberations, the jury sent a note to the judge indicating that they could not reach a unanimous decision. The jury was sent back to continue deliberating for the remainder of the day, and the day ended with NO VERDICT. That has left a lot of people, including me, wondering whether this case is headed toward a HUNG JURY. In my opinion, that would be a horrible miscarriage of justice. Regardless of whether you believe Lindsay Clancy belongs in prison or in a psychiatric facility, I think we can all agree that Lindsay needs help. Today we’re going to discuss how long the judge could make this jury continue deliberating before ultimately declaring a mistrial. We’re also discussing the reports about jurors wearing pink in the courtroom. I can now confirm that this is not simply an allegation or rumor. Sources I have inside the courtroom have told me directly that they personally saw someone wearing pink. And then there is the biggest question: If there is a hung jury and a mistrial, will the Commonwealth retry Lindsay Clancy? Technically, a mistrial caused by a hung jury does NOT automatically mean Lindsay immediately walks free. The Commonwealth could choose to prosecute the case again, and her custody status would still have to be determined through the legal process. But I personally do not believe the Commonwealth will retry this case if the jury hangs. If prosecutors ultimately decide not to pursue the charges again and the criminal case comes to an end, Lindsay Clancy could eventually walk away from this case without a criminal conviction.
