55: We healed her 10/10 period cramps in 6 weeks, & her fear of sex in 12

What happens when healing your period becomes the doorway to healing your relationship with your body, your sexuality, and yourself? In this episode, I’m joined by Bella — a former client who came to me experiencing 10/10 period cramps alongside a deep fear and disconnection around sex. Over the course of our work together, we went far beyond simply talking about her period. In just 6 weeks, her period pain went from a 10/10 to around a 1–2/10 — and over the following months, we began exploring the deeper layers underneath her relationship with sex, pleasure, safety, and her body. By 12 weeks, she was navigating sexuality from a completely different place. In this deeply honest conversation, Bella shares what her experience of womb healing was actually like — including: 🌹 What her period pain was like before coaching🌹 The connection between physical symptoms and emotional patterns🌹 How she began reconnecting with her body🌹 Working through fear and resistance around sex🌹 What changed when she stopped treating her body like a problem to fix🌹 The surprising ways her healing affected other areas of her life🌹 What it’s actually like to be coached by me This isn't a story about a magic quick fix. It's a conversation about listening to your body, getting curious about what your symptoms might be communicating, and creating a deeper relationship with your womb, sexuality and feminine body. If you’ve been struggling with painful periods, feeling disconnected from your body, or carrying shame, fear or confusion around sex and pleasure, Bella’s story may give you a new perspective on what’s possible. ✨ Want support with your own healing? If you’re ready to stop just managing your symptoms and start building a deeper relationship with your body, I work with women through 1:1 Womb Healing & Feminine Embodiment Coaching. DM me “HEAL” on Instagram or get in touch to explore working together. Your body isn't broken. You just never learnt how to listen to her.

In this episode of Sync-In Flow the Podcast, Josie Thorne is joined by Anca Katara - conscious futurist & interdisciplinary artist, working at the intersection of business, art & consciousness. What if the dancefloor could be a place of healing? In this wild and personal solo episode of Sync-In Flow the Podcast, Josie Thorne pulls back the curtain on what she calls her "professional witchery" at festivals —the strange, beautiful and sometimes intense energetic exchanges that happen when she enters a space and simply allows herself to be fully embodied. From dancefloor energy healing to spontaneous encounters with strangers, Josie explores the strange reactions she can evoke in people: joy, wonder, fascination, excitement, activation, attraction, projection and sometimes being deeply triggered. But what does it actually mean to be a witch doing collective healing work in a festival environment? In this episode, Josie explores:🔮 What dancefloor energy healing means to her and how movement can become a form of collective regulation and liberation🔮 Why some people feel drawn to you, turned on by you, inspired by you—or completely activated by you—when you are deeply embodied🔮 The difference between **being someone's medicine and being someone's projection**🔮 How festivals can become temporary laboratories for identity, freedom, sexuality, connection and transformation🔮 What it means to hold energetic boundaries while moving through highly charged collective spaces🔮 The role of the Modern Day Witch / Priestess in contemporary culture🔮 Why being fully expressed can create a ripple effect far beyond your individual experience🔮 The responsibility that comes with doing energetic and collective healing work🔮 How Josie's own experiences at festivals have shaped her understanding of embodiment, sensuality, spirituality and serviceThis isn't an episode about pretending to be mystical or performing spirituality - It's about living it.About dancing until your body becomes a transmission.About allowing your presence to communicate something words can't.About being willing to be seen, felt, misunderstood, desired, celebrated and challenged.✨ Enter the dancefloor with Josie and explore what it means to embody your witchery in the wild—and become a catalyst for collective healing simply by being unapologetically, radically yourself.
