    Taking Care of One's Health

    The Zonta Club of the Joliet Area believes that everyone should live their healthiest life possible. Our guests today are author and board-certified holistic health coach Audree L. Saunders, and Dr. Sumeet Beri of Wheaton Cosmetic Dentistry in Wheaton, IL. This podcast will challenge you to re-evaluate your health practices. Our experts will give you practical tips to help you boost your own habits, and become your own best advocate with your own health care team. Dr. Beri believes diseases start in your mouth, and discusses the ways in which you can reduce inflammation throughout your body. Audree tells us how she healed herself from cancer, and the benefits of a plant-based eating habit that won't be impossible to follow.
