    197. Embracing Dark Times aka Te Pō

    There are seasons in life that no amount of positive thinking can fix. The seasons where your heart is hurting. Where you're grieving the life you thought you'd have.     194. Surrender: Letting Go of What You Were Never Meant to Carry

    What are you holding onto so tightly that it's costing you your peace? For me, it's looked like trying to control my finances, worrying about my family, wanting certainty about my future, and believing that if I just planned a little more or worked a little harder, everything would finally feel okay. But lately, I've been learning that surrender isn't giving up but letting go of the things that were never mine to carry. In this episode, I share what the Universe has been teaching me about surrender, trust, and belief and why trying to control everything might actually be the very thing keeping us stuck.
