AI vs Human in Personal Branding | 6 Reasons to Keep the Human Connection in Content

Send us a text AI is revolutionizing how we create content, though do you want it to truly replace your voice? For leaders building a personal brand, staying authentic and maintaining human connection is important. In this episode, we explore six ways (and reasons) to balance the convenience of AI with the creativity and leadership that only YOU can bring.  Learn how to use AI as a powerful tool while keeping your personal brand genuine, relatable, and impactful. If You Don’t Use It, You May Lose ItOver-reliance on AI can stifle your creativity. Challenge yourself to turn off the computer and turn on your creativity for your own personal growth and fulfillment.More Isn’t Always BetterWe are going to be inundated with AI created content. How are you going to stand out? Your message matters. Make it count. Think Customer-Focused FirstPrioritize your audience’s needs and create content that resonates on a human level.Let AI Be the Tool, and You Be the CreatorStay in control of your content and let AI assist rather than dictate. One example of this is using Capcut app as a tool for editing and creating content. It is a game changer for elevating your video content to the next level, while using your creativity at the forefront. Human vs. Robotic ContentConsider the purpose of content that is adding to the noise, rather than reflecting your personal brand and voice.Avatars and Automation: Proceed with CautionUse AI innovations thoughtfully to preserve the human-to-human connection.AI can amplify your personal brand—though it can’t replace your unique voice. By balancing technology and authenticity, you can grow as a leader while staying true to yourself. Take Action: Turn off your computer and create a piece of content today that reflects your life lessons and experience. Resist using this moment to create the best AI prompt that will produce better content. Do it to keep your mind strong and YOUR ideas flowing. Clarify Before You Amplify Your Brand Message to Conquer...the Look Up

Send us a text Clarify your message before you amplify it  to build a solid foundation for your brand. Have you ever noticed, when you ask a service-based entrepreneur what they do, and they hesitate, with a one to two second glance up, before they answer? It's a subtle move, though if you notice the hesitation, it's a giveaway that they aren't exactly clear on their message. In some cases, their hesitation may make you hesitant to do business with them. Here are the 4 steps to conquer the "look up": 1. GET CLEAR ON YOUR MESSAGE To keep it simple, answer these questions - What problem do you solve In 3 to 5 words: - How do you solve it, what is your value proposition? - What is your superpower or differentiating factor? You are not a commodity, so tell me why - How do I work with you? As an example, I'm Cathy, a brand strategist and producer - problem I solve:  fear, overwhelm and being stuck (to build your brand) - How do I solve it? with a 5 step proprietary process, the Brandmaker Method, through  1:1 strategy, courses and done for you work. - My superpower?  A 360 approach, with success in sales, media, producing, video, youtube and more, I help you fill in the gaps as you build your brand with a 360 approach to brand building. - To work with me, book a free brand strategy call, and we will determine what you need most help with and customize a plan for you. 2. PRACTICE Practice speaking about your brand. The more you practice, the more you will get clear. Record yourself using your phone, watch it. delete it, make adjustments and keep going. The more you practice, the more it will evolve. The experts who make it seem easy, have probably put in years of lpractice. 3. AMPLIFY Share your message in person and online. Once you are clear, spread your message. A clear, concise, consistent message wins. 4. TEST. GET FEEDBACK. ITERATE. Just as comedians work out their jokes in small crowds, then tweak them after they see what works and what doesn't, do this with your brand message. Try a few options, get feedback and iterate.  It's a process. TAKE ACTION Conquer the "look up". Get clear on your brand message and practice saying it with out having to think or hesitate before you say it. it's a process we all go through. Let's create a Brand Media Guide for your brand.
