After Well of Ascension… I didn’t note it in my initial review, but during TFE, there are a LOT of times when episodes have dead air. The editing was not done very well. The guys definitely brought their game for WOA because the gaps/empty air were almost non-existent. I love the Zane=Kylo Ren analogy. I’m here for it. And they constantly bring up the fact that, with this book, just when you think it can’t get worse, it does. It’s why I hate-love this book. After Mistborn: The Final Empire… I really like how they summarize and give their thoughts on the important aspects of each chapter. The “reader’s companion” episodes are spoiler-free, but after 5-10 chapters, they include an all-spoilers episode. I enjoy it, especially the berevity. Other reread podcasts parse through every detail, but having usually no more than 30 minutes per episode makes this one quite manageable.
