Amber Williams, CEO of Life House: Creating Stability for Single Mothers

One Mothers, One Mission: Creating Stability for Single Mothers.  My guest this week is Mrs. Amber Williams. She is the CEO of Life House, a nonprofit that helps expecting mothers find stability. “Life’s greatest rewards are reserved for those who help others succeed.”  ~ S. Parrish My guest this week is Mrs. Amber Williams.  Amber and her husband Brock are the CEO’s and founders of ‘Life House’ a nonprofit organization that provides free housing and resources for women facing unplanned pregnancies.   Amber shares that after more than two decades of working in the beautician industry she was feeling a calling to help women that were facing uncertain futures by an unplanned pregnancy.  Amber explains that when she was young, she faced a very similar circumstance, and it was her sister that came to her aid and let her know that she wouldn’t have to face the challenges of being a single mom alone.   After retiring from being a beautician her and her husband decided to look for a house they could purchase and start this ministry for others.  Amber describes how she leaned on others that had stated other similar organizations to help a need in the community.  So with her husband by her side and her faith in the Lord she took that first step and before she knew it they were off and running.  I encourage you to hear her message and consider supporting if you are lead.  You can learn more by going to their website www.chooselife.house and you can email at chooselife.house@gmail.com Please continue to listen and support this podcast and be sure to check out my social media content on my website MotivateWithCoachCamp.com  Also, if you are interested in becoming an official sponsor of this podcast please click the link below to learn more.   👉 SPONSOR THIS PODCAST -  https://bit.ly/443wPRj You can find the Motivate with Coach Camp Podcast on YouTube, Apple, Spotify, TikTok, and Facebook Produced by Derrick Michaud and SRP Studios Podcasting

Kells Lucius, CEO, The Way Truth Discipleship Ministry

From Rock Bottom to Refuge: How Homelessness and Addiction Lead to Helping Others.  My guest this week is Mr. Kells Lucius, CEO of the nonprofit, The Way Truth Discipleship Ministry. “Doing something for yourself gives motivation, but doing something for others gives meaning.”  ~ M. Lagace   My guest this week knows what it means to walk a mile in another person’s shoes.  Early in his life he had the American dream, a good job, a happy marriage with a family and nice house.  Things were going well for Kells, but like many people it only takes a few tough turns to suddenly wake up one day and the life that you once knew is suddenly a distant memory. Mr. Kells Lucius slowly fell into being addicted drugs and alcohol after years of what he saw as casual partying.  These addictions took away his job, his house and even his family.  Then one day he looked around and saw that he had lost everything that was ever important to him.  He was eventually living in a deer stand and had no direction in his life.  Being at rock bottom can give you a lot if you are willing to recognize your situation and you are ready for a change. On one early morning Kells decided to turn his life over to the Lord and follow however he would guide.  This change wouldn’t be drastic to start with, but like anything worth your time it is the investment where you will find the prize.  Over time Kells started getting his life together and that was when he felt a calling to help others that might in the position he was once in.  That is when he said God led him to starting the nonprofit organization, ‘The Way Truth Discipleship Ministries’ a residential discipleship that houses individuals recovering from addiction. This episode stands as an example that no matter where you are in life you can still make a change and God has a plan for everyone.  The only question left to answer is, are you willing to follow? Living Beyond Prostate Cancer: Derrick Michaud, SRP STUDIOS

Stay in the Game: Living Beyond Prostate Cancer.  My guest this week is Mr. Derrick Michaud, Musician, Podcast Producer, and Cancer Survivor. “You beat cancer by how you live, why you live and in the manner in which you live.”  ~ S. Scott If you are a loyal follower of the show, then this week’s guest would need no introduction.  My guest is Mr. Derrick Michaud, the owner and operator of SRP studios and local musical legend on the bass.  Derrick has now been the producer of my podcast, Motivate with Coach Camp for over the past 3 years.  Derrick is not just my producer; he is a close friend and when he shared with me his diagnosis of prostate cancer, he knew that he would not have face this life altering diagnosis alone. It was just shy of a year ago that Derrick shattered his fibula when literally cannonballing into my pool.  Now in 2026 Derrick finds himself facing an entirely new challenge, but it is one that millions of other people have faced as well…Cancer. Derrick gives a very detailed account of what it was like being told that his biopsy came back positive for cancer of the prostate and what it was like sharing that news with his family.  He opens up about his lifelong battle with clinical depression and how his beautiful girlfriend was his rock through some of those difficult, early days.   The one thing that no one can deny at this point is the fact that Derrick is a fighter.  He knew straight away that he was going to face this challenge head on.  He shares how he made the decision to have surgery to remove the CA and how his hope of sharing his journey will inspire other men to get their prostate checked.  Derrick is an inspiration to me and I am proud to call him my friend. Inside the Veterans Advocacy Movement with Drew Jones, The Veteran’s Veteran LLC

Claim Smarter, Fight Better: Inside the Veterans Advocacy Movement.  My guest this week is Army Veteran Drew Jones and CEO of The Veterans Veteran LLC. “This country has not seen and probably will never know the true level of sacrifice of our veterans.”  ~ T. Smith It is not a stretch to say that regardless of organization, knowing all of your benefits and avenues can be tricky to navigate.  This can be especially true for veteran benefits.  As an Air Force veteran I can honestly say that I have often learned more from general conversations with other Vets than I knew from formal websites or other veteran resources.   This is not a slight on organizations, it is just the truth about the challenges of cutting through the red tape to know what is truly available for a person.  That is where my guest this week can play a huge role with helping you decipher all the information that sometimes can be overwhelming.  Mr. Drew Jones found himself struggling to find the right path for treatment after his 7 plus years of service in the Army.  Dealing with both physical and mental health issues he decided he needed to seek professional help, but knowing where to start and how to properly file for such services, left him feeling defeated and discouraged. Instead of letting this deter him, it inspired him to take action.  So often it takes an individual going through some difficult times to become inspired to carve a better path for others.  Jones figured he couldn’t be the only person that was struggling with the process and so after much deliberation and prayer and he decided to take action and started the Veterans Veteran LLC.  His goal is to help other Veterans get the benefits they deserve and give back to the country that has done so much for him.  If you want to contact Drew you can email him at www.drew@thevet.com or call 901-258-7621. The Hypnotic Shift: Matan Cohen-Citron, Hypno and Transformation Therapy

The Hypnotic Shift: Movement, Mindset, and Mastery.  My guest this week is Mr. Matan Cohen-Citron, Hypno and Transformation Therapy. “Life itself is a privilege, but to live life to the fullest…well, that is a choice.”  ~ A. Andrews My guest this week comes to us via zoom from West Port, CT.  Mr. Cohen-Citron started out his professional life in the financial world.  After several years of not feeling happy with where his life was and where it was going Matan decided to take matters into his own hands and pursue a more meaningful life. Matan is from Israel and before he got into finance he spent two years in the military and then travelled around the world to gain insight and perspective.  From his travels Matan describes how he was able to build perspectives about different ways of life.   After realizing his job in finance was feeling more like being trapped instead of thriving at life he dove deep into how the mind works and how to shift his way of thinking to better suit his life.  Matan spent years studying hypnotherapy, therapeutic movement, yoga, meditation, qigon, and transformational coaching he calls, The Matan Movement.   His goal is to help people break free of everyday stress and worry in order to lead a more full life that encompasses the mind, body and soul.  If you are interested in learning more about Matan and the therapy he offers you can find him at www.matanmovement.com  Please continue to listen and support this podcast and be sure to check out my social media content on my website MotivateWithCoachCamp.com  Also, if you are interested in becoming an official sponsor of this podcast please click the link below to learn more.  This episode was recorded at SRP Studios and Produced by Shelby Row Productions LLC ShelbyRowProductions.com   👉 SPONSOR THIS PODCAST -  https://bit.ly/443wPRj You can find the Motivate with Coach Camp Podcast on YouTube, Apple, Spotify, TikTok, and Facebook Produced by Derrick Michaud and SRP Studios Podcasting

Missionaries to Cuba: Ryan Duran & Josh Jenkins

The Mission Matters: Two Missionaries Experiences Serving In Cuba.  My guests this week are Mr. Ryan Duran and Mr. Josh Jenkins, Missionaries to Cuba. “Only one life, twill soon be past; Only what’s done for Christ will last.”  ~ C.T. Studd There are approximately 450,000 missionaries around the world and the United States makes up 1 out of every 3.  This week’s guests describe what it was like to not only feel the calling to go abroad and serve others but what it was like to enter Cuba, a communist country where Christianity as a whole is not welcomed.   My guests Ryan Duran and Josh Jenkins have only been a tandem for just over two years, but their love for serving and desire to share their faith took them to a place that most Americans could never imagine. Regardless of your political favor or your religious beliefs, most people can admit that we have it pretty good here in America compared to a lot of countries around the world. Ryan and Josh share how their friendship came to be and how a “by chance” conversation led them to both wanting to bring humanitarian aid and share their faith in a third world country that is heavily stricken with poverty.  The country as they describe it is riddled with ran down buildings, a severe lack of food and an even greater need for clean drinking water.  Since it is a Communist country there are no political parties.  There is only the elite and the extreme poor.  This episode will definitely pull at your heart strings.  If you would like to learn more about their mission or maybe you would like to donate you can go to www.thehandsandfeetofchristjesus.org  Please continue to listen and support this podcast and be sure to check out my social media content on my website MotivateWithCoachCamp.com    👉 SPONSOR THIS PODCAST -  https://bit.ly/443wPRj You can find the Motivate with Coach Camp Podcast on YouTube, Apple, Spotify, TikTok, and Facebook Produced by Derrick Michaud and SRP Studios Podcasting

KT Robbins, WWII Veteran - Celebrating 250 (REPLAY from 11/6/23)

Imagine the year is 1941 and you awake to the news that Pearl Harbor has been attacked.  Now your country has been pulled into a World War that has cost so many their lives.  As a young male during those times, the thought of serving their country was never a second thought.  Young people even forged their age in order to enlist and go serve.  Fighting for America was a thing of honor and sacrificing their life for future generations was something so many of our service members did without a minutes consideration. This weeks guest proudly signed up and was eager to serve his country at a very young age.  Mr. Robbins enlisted as an infantryman and was heading off to Normandy for the big D-day invasion.  The moment that changed his entire story came when he saw the opportunity to become a chief.  So, instead of being a part of the initial wave of soldiers that hit the beach his boat stayed off shore for 4 days.  By the time his company was allowed to make shore there were already hundreds of dead soldiers lining the beach.  Mr. Robbins and his crew made entry into France and it wasn’t long before he settled into the town of Briea.   This is where our story really begins!  What happens next is something straight out of a blockbuster romantic movie.  KT falls in love with a young French girl and the rest is something you have to hear for yourselves.  I would do it no justice trying to describe the events that happened next.  Spoiler alert…I might have shed a tear or two, but they were most certainly happy tears.
