God Is Love

Culture says "love is love" but 1 John 4:8 clearly states thatGod is love. Understanding God’s love changes everything—including the relationships we choose. When we don’t fully grasp His love, we can end up settling for relationships that pull us away from Him (2 Corinthians 6:14). In this episode, we dive into what God’s love truly is (1 Corinthians 13:4-7) and how it transforms our hearts. This week, we're diving into something that’s been on my heart—the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025. It’s all about making sure sports stay fair for women and girls. Along the way, we’ll touch on the dangers of teaching kids about gender ideology and how it can lead confusion (or worse). And I get it—this topic can feel a little heavy, and not everyone will see it the same way. That’s okay! My goal here isn’t to argue or point fingers, but to share what I believe is biblical in a way that’s honest, loving, and kind. Weightloss & Treating Your Body as a Temple

The Church is the body of Christ and each person in that body is a Temple of the Holy Ghost. “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” (I Corinthians 6:19-20) Today we're discussing What it means to be a Temple of the Holy Ghost, common sins with the body, what to do with the Temple (your body), and how I partnered with the Lord to lose 60 lb. Pre-workout Prayer: "Lord, thank You for bringing me here [to the gym] today. Please be with me as I workout. Help me to move my body as a form of worship. Give me the strength, endurance, and discipline to make it through the entire workout. Let me not lust after anyone and let no one lust after me. 2023 Reflections: All For Your Good

Looking back on the year of 2023 and some of the lessons God taught me. This year was extremely difficult; so much that I briefly considered turning my back on God- but instead I clung to Him harder. This episode is an overview of what I learned through this tumultuous season.
