The Road to Nicea

Fr. Ben has created such a great podcast! I’ve been spending time catching up, and have gotten a great crash course in Church history. I’m looking forward to see what comes up next in the future! I highly recommend this to anyone interested in learning about Christian Church history!

I am an armchair church historian so I was immediately drawn to this podcast from the title alone. And what a gem it is! Not only is the narrator well educated and informed, but he has a great delivery. (Those "sponsors" are hilarious.) And what I particularly appreciate it that he uses correct grammar. For example he uses "he or she" instead of "they" and "his or her" instread of "their". And did I hear him say, "each .... is"? I am impressed!

Exactly what i want on a sunday when i want to think deeply about religion and spirituality and theology in an entertaining and lighthearted way. Not atheists making fun nor preachy folks pushing an agenda
