Episode #3 Forgiveness is the key to action and freedom

Forgiving is an intentional decision of letting go of resentment and anger. Forgiveness means that you accept the behavior, you accept what has happened, and you are willing to move past it and move on with your life without ruminating over past events that cannot be changed. Forgiveness is an action that flows like a river if you give it the opportunity too. Take the time to understand your emotions. Accept responsibility for what has happened. Treat yourself with kindness and compassion. Express remorse for your mistakes. Make amends and apologize (including apologizing to yourself). Look for ways to learn from the experience. Focus on making better choices in the future. Forgiving yourself also means making an active effort to do better in the future. As you approach similar situations, reflect on how you felt about your past mistakes. Rather than feeling guilty about those past errors, remind yourself about what you've learned and how you can use that knowledge and experience to guide your actions going forward. Take the time to heal this year and all the years to come. As promised, if you're interested in your spiritual journey today, then Mrs. Asherah is the one for you. You can reach her on her website at linktree/beautiful_Asherah23. Remember “Spiritual healing occurs as we begin to consciously reconnect with our essential being – the wise, loving, powerful, creative entity that we are at our core.” -Shakti Gawain
