It is about the loyalty we hold onto with our carriers, our barbers, our hairdressers, our insurance, and yes, our people, sometimes long after the season has passed. Now hear me clearly, FAM, this is not about being cold or cutting anybody off with malice. It is about time, space, and growth. I share my own examples, the old manager I used to call every single morning and the summer-ball teammate I have not trained with in ten years, and how I learned to do my part first, reach out, check on the folks I care about, and then let that favorites list breathe.
