    Appreciation

My relationship with my wife dramatically improved, I had more patience with my kids, the food I ate tasted better and I enjoyed where we lived even more.     Happiness Episode #1

    My quest for happiness has been a lifelong pursuit. In college, they asked us to define success. To me, success meant to be happy. Happiness is a broad term, but I mean joy, peace and contentment and that good feeling you get when you're awake and the peaceful sleep you get when you're not. I originally thought having more money would make me happy, but it didn't. From depression, divorce and debt, along with no job and the day that changed my life. I reveal my 7 tools for happiness. If you're not happy and you think you should be, give this a listen. My tips will help you become more joyful, peaceful and content with your life.
