    Nat Lawrence - Return of the Pro

    Send a text MOTHER......We have a PRO.... Nat Lawrence recently re-obtained her pro licence after winning Outlaw 2023 and crossing the line with her 4 children!!! Buckle in for a great chat about some of the brutalities of the sport at an early age and some of the pressures which led her to develop an eating disorder. After navigating that she then has devoted her life to the sport through a coaching business and setting up a triathlon club. Nat talks through the importance of why having her own time within her busy life really benefits her children and husband and why it is so important to have something that gives you that head space. Now she is balancing out everything in her life and enjoying racing pro again after being off the pro scene for nearly 15 years.     Zack Cooper - The UCI's Triathlete

    Send a text Zack has had an incredible rise through the triathlon ranks since taking up the sport. With a background in rowing and cycling once he transitioned into triathlon he found that this served him well. Taking on Challenge Roth last year and finishing with an incredible time of 9:17:27 I spoke to him the week before he returns to one of the biggest triathlon races in the world. Zack also has a job working with the UCI and gets exposire to the biggest cycling events in the world. Even with working with a sport so close to triathlon he still finds the balance of training and life as hard as we all do.     Bryony Rowe - Breaking Barriers.
