172. The 5 Phases of Growth

In this episode, I’m introducing the framework that guides everything I teach inside my membership: The 5 Phases of Growth in building a thriving practice. Growing a business isn’t linear. It’s cyclical. It’s seasonal. It’s much more like tending a garden than climbing a ladder.
