    Hello family! On this episode I share recent events that took place in my life. Sharing insights from my journal. Coming to reality that it’s okay to check in with yourself and look at where you’ve been. And where you would like to be. I give motivation and advice on how you can achieve what you want that’s by holding yourself accountable that’ll always be my number one priority! At the end of the day you have to look at your in the mirror and check in with yourself that’s what this episode is about I hope it inspires you to check in, allow yourself to be realistic, allow you to realize cycles and break them immediately, don’t hold yourself back with your old way of thinking, be intentional with all you want to do and be.

However, no matter how many time you pick up something and put back down you only lose if you quit. And it’s no quitters over here. I come back with inspiring motivation to motivate you to keep going and don’t quit on yourself no matter what. Hopefully this episode resonated with you to keep going.     Live like no one is watching

    You deserve the life you often thing about. You deserve to life a great life. You can see it, you can achieve it , you most definitely can believe it. In this episode I speak about how much you deserve to live a good life. Not saying scenarios and events won’t pop up. Often times things happen to make us stronger. Looking at things from a logical perspective can very much alter the way you believe to be true and your brain chemistry. Go on that walk, do things that makes your body feel great. Accept your flaws. Don’t let failure define your life. Respect yourself enough to know you deserve to life a life you design. You deserve to live. You deserve to be here.

    Survivors guilt

    In this episode I describe what my life has looked like for that past few weeks. While building my new life. I define how far raising myself has brought me. Amongst other topics such as: being no concat, my job, while still making best of situations that I’m put through. We all go through something.. the saying “ keep going” lowkey annoys me. That’s all I know how to do. My brain is wired to keep going. I give you encouragement and insights on how to “ keep going” you already know how too though.

    Don’t get unfocused

    Hey you! What does the focused version of you look like? In this episode I explain how I locked in and just detached from the world to be where I am today. Today meaning no debt and right now a version of myself I’ve never been before. This is my first year not living survival mode and I don’t know what to do other than have fun and not go backwards.     Don’t dwell

    Dwelling on past things that has happened (past tense ) allows to shape your reality into what could be now. Dwelling on somethings is not always necessary we are designed to let things go in other words “release” in this episode I give you some pointers and guidance how to navigate on not dwelling going forward.
