April Energy Reading | How to Rest, Refine & Reset 🧶

I’m reflecting with you today on the energetic themes of April — a month centered around refinement, intentional rest, and honoring complexity. April asks us to sift through what truly matters and let the excess fall away. I talk about refinement not as loss, but as devotion — like gently dusting powdered sugar, knowing that less can allow something to shine more clearly. This is a month for editing your goals, vision, and energy with care, and trusting what remains after the shaking. We also explore the idea of created calm — the reminder that rest doesn’t just happen; it’s something we design. April may feel busy, and this reading invites you to intentionally carve out silence, schedule rest as a sacred boundary, and take agency over your own peace. Another theme we sit with is reverence for complexity — offering compassion for the struggles that feel like they “should” be simple. Beneath the surface, our lives and bodies are far more intricate than they appear, and this month invites kindness toward yourself as you navigate the basics. Finally, I share an invitation to gently shake stagnant energy back into motion — through the body, sound, breath, or simple physical rituals — remembering that movement doesn’t have to be forceful to be transformative. This reading is a reminder that refinement is sacred, rest is intentional, and your way forward can be shaped with care. Chapters:  Intro: Arriving in April  Theme 1: Sifting & Refinement  Theme 2: Created Calm & Intentional Rest  Theme 3: Reverence for Complexity  Theme 4: Shaking Stagnant Energy  Closing: Trusting What Remains Mentioned themes:  refinement · rest · complexity · agency · gentle movement Let's stay connected!  ✨ Website & Readings: https://www.nicolecarterhealing.com

March Energy Reading | Feeling the Shift ⛲️

I’m reflecting with you today on the energetic themes of March!  If you’re finding this later, trust that whatever resonated is still meant for you. March arrives like a waterfall: an overflow of ideas, energy, and insight that may feel exhilarating and overwhelming all at once. I share an invitation to stop trying to manage the rush and instead stay afloat — allowing inspiration, excitement, and aliveness to move through you. We explore the return of strength and momentum, the feeling of rediscovering your own capacity to move, act, and take up space again — even if you don’t yet know exactly where that energy is headed. I also talk about the written word as a source of guidance this month, and how messages meant for you may arrive through books, quotes, notes, or something you read at just the right moment. Finally, we sit with surrender and reciprocity — releasing the myth that you have to do everything alone, and allowing support, care, and shared strength to enter more visibly into your life.  Chapters: Intro: March as Reawakening Theme 1: The Waterfall — Overflow & Creative Energy Theme 2: Regained Strength & Jumping Around Theme 3: The Written Word & Messages Theme 4: Surrender, Support & Reciprocity Closing: Staying Afloat & Trusting the Flow Mentioned themes: reawakening · overflow · strength · inspiration · reciprocity Connect with Nicole: ✨ Website & Readings: https://www.nicolecarterhealing.com
