If you've been feeling pulled in too many directions, second-guessing what God has already shown you, or wondering how to faithfully move forward without chasing every good opportunity, you're not alone. The Creative’s Reset™ is a podcast for Christian women who desire to discern God's direction and faithfully steward the message He has entrusted to them. Through Scripture and thoughtful conversations, you’ll learn to recognize what may be competing with your voice, renew your thinking, and move forward with greater clarity, discernment, and confidence. Why You Haven’t Started Yet (It’s Not What You Think) | Capacity Before Calling

Life is full. Responsibilities are real. You're further into this year than you planned to be, and the thing God placed inside you is still sitting where you left it in January. And yet… there’s still something inside of you that hasn’t been touched—the idea, the calling, the thing God placed in you that keeps getting pushed to “later.” In this episode of The Creatives Reset, Coach Tiffany challenges the way we think about productivity, discipline, and delay. Instead of starting with systems or schedules, we’re going deeper—into your capacity. If you’ve been telling yourself you’ll start “when things slow down,” this conversation will help you uncover what’s really holding you back and how to move forward from a place of alignment, not overwhelm. In this episode, you’ll learn: * Why you’re not lazy—it’s something else happening here * The real reason your calling keeps getting delayed * What “capacity” actually means (and why it matters more than strategy) * A powerful question to uncover what’s keeping you stuck If you’ve been feeling behind, stretched thin, or unsure where to begin… you’re in the right place. Show Notes Welcome to The Creatives Reset Life keeps moving—and so do you. But what happens when the thing God placed inside of you keeps getting pushed aside? In this episode, Coach Tiffany opens a deeper conversation about capacity—the foundation most leadership and productivity conversations skip. ✨ What We Cover: 1. You’re Not Lazy—You’re Carrying a Lot * Balancing kids, work, responsibilities, and expectations * Why “I’ll do it later” becomes a pattern * Reframing guilt into awareness 2. The Thing That Keeps Getting Pushed Back * The calling you know you’re supposed to act on * Why it keeps getting delayed (even when it matters to you) 3. Why Capacity Comes Before Strategy * Most advice starts with systems, but that’s not the root issue * Capacity determines what you can actually sustain * Leadership starts internally, not externally 4. The Question That Changes Everything * “What’s the real reason you haven’t moved yet?” * Moving beyond surface excuses into truth 🔑 Key Takeaway: You don’t need more time—you need aligned capacity. 📌 Mentioned in This Episode: * Real-life examples of juggling work, family, and personal calling * The tension between responsibility and purpose ✨ Next Steps If this episode named something for you, don’t just sit with it—take your next step: 📱 Start Here: Find Your “One Thing” If you laid something down today and you’re not sure what to do next, I built something to help you find your focus and move forward with clarity. → focus.thecreativesreset.com 📖 When Your Thoughts Feel LoudIf you’re walking through overwhelm, grief, or a season where your thoughts have been louder than the Word, this journal was created to help you return to truth—slowly and intentionally. → color.thecreativesreset.com 🎓 Ready to Move on Your Calling? If you’ve been sitting on a message, a podcast, or something God has called you to share—and it’s still in your head instead of in the world—this workshop will help you let go and launch. → letgoandlaunch.com 💬 Before You Go… Take a moment and sit with this: What’s the real reason you haven’t moved yet? 💬 Let’s Connect: YouTube: YouTube.com/@resetwithtiffany TikTok: tiktok.com/resetwithtiffany IG: instagram.com/resetwithtiffany This is a public episode.
