Midday Snack: S1E4 Tired of Lazy Personalized Video? Here's How To Get Results.

I receive a ton of unsolicited DM requests for connection and sale - many times now they include some lazy video embed. I've grown tired of this copy & paste misuse of such a valuable tool like video that I wanted to share this today. How to really target, personalize, and deliver video that produce results. I've done this myself and with businesses I've consulted - through some bumps and bruises, I've arrived at some tried and true methods I've tested and tried several video services and have concluded that SendSpark is the easiest and best for our specific use; personalized, scalable, and measurable. Midday Snack: S1E3 Starting Your Tech Stack

There are more and more technology vendors (insurtech) buzzing around and I've heard from many agents (and carriers) that it can be confusing. So, today I want to go over some general ideas about what a tech stack is, what categories to look for, and generally how they should work together. Eddie Price, of Jenesis Software, shared a post that the Sales & Marketing Manager, Jenna Kleiber put together that does a great job of identifying different categories of tech to be on the look out for. You can read that here: https://www.jenesissoftware.com/2022/03/perfect-insurance-agency-tech-stack/ I wanted to add some commentary to this list and help you better navigate what is becoming a cluttered space and idea of folding in technology into your insurance operation. Thank you for joining our all new daily chat show for insurance and financial service professionals! We hope to become part of your daily routine. When you take your short break at work now you can get to know more folks in the space, learn something new, hear from someone new, and interact with others doing the same. In today's episode we talk about Deion Sanders' creating an environment of expectation, success, and mindset. Staying with sports, I talk about Tom Brady not letting his team let the pressure get to them even though they're having a down season. While facing a two score deficit in the fourth quarter, Tom Brady still leads the Bucs down the field for his 44th 4Q come from behind victory - even at 45 years old. Then - I came across a wonderful blog post by AgencyBloc that specifically addresses discovering a partnership with your AMS provider. Here I go through the six questions they pose with some commentary so you don't make a short sighted decision when choosing your AMS partner!
