    In this episode, I tell my rendition of the myth of Psyche, Eros and Aphrodite; a myth deeply misunderstood by many! People have asked me time and time again: Why did Aphrodite punish Psyche? Why was She so jealous of a mortal? Why does this myth paint Aphrodite as an extremely vengeful deity? I’ll be giving my own take on what this myth is here to teach us, and hopefully answering any questions you may have mused about!     In this episode of NOT ANOTHER WITCH PODCAST, I tell my take on the myth of Aphrodite and Her marriage (and divorce) to Hephaestus. This myth has resonated deeply over the past few months as I move through a divorce myself. I go through who Hephaestus is, his backstory, how they got married, and why they got divorced. I also talk about my own thoughts around divorce and marriage as I navigate it within my personal life.     S3 E1: The Story of Adonis & Aphrodite

In this episode, I give my rendition of the myth of Adonis; his murky conception & birth, his relationship with Aphrodite, his untimely death, and how it all worked out in the end. I muse about what this myth could teach us, and what I have learned through exploring this foundational myth of Aphrodite's. In this episode I mention a class I taught recently: DARK APHRODITE.     This a more personal episode, covering the questions asked in my AMA that were of a more personal nature. In this episode, I chat a little bit about my fashion and my take on mushrooms (lol), but mostly I talk about my recent semi-breakup with my nesting partner, as well as how I started exploring polyamory & my queerness. I discuss how polyamory helped me to begin healing my relationship with men, as well as my own SA trauma (possible content warning, no details, just mention of how my own trauma has impacted as I move through my polyamory journey).
