    Be Different: Stay in love with God

    Pastor Jen continues our August sermon series: Be Different.In a world that often rewards self-interest, speed, and division, Jesus calls us to a radically different way of living — one marked by love, grace, and purpose. John Wesley, the founder of Methodism, understood this.  Over five weeks, we’ll explore how to live out these life-shaping traits using Wesley’s easy to remember words: refuse to harm, do good, stay close to God, embody grace, and be in mission. This series will challenge and inspire us to be different in every relationship, decision, and moment of our lives. Our scripture is John 15:4-5.

    Who's Going to Carry the Boats? pt.3

    Our summer intern, Emily Grass, concludes our series Who's going to carry the boats? Before a boat can touch the water and after it returns to shore, it must be carried. No single person can lift it alone; it takes an entire team working together in perfect sync. Just as the church is one body working together for a common goal. Our scripture is 1 Corinthians 12:12-27.

    Who's Going to Carry the Boats? pt.1

    Pastor Jen leads us in the first part of a three part sermon series, "Who's going to carry the boats?" In this lesson, we learn from Navy SEAL David Goggins that it takes a crew of men to carry 200+ lb boats through SEAL basic training. Like the crew, it requires a team of people to live out the mission that Jesus has called us to. The challenge question that we can all ask is, "Who's going to carry the boats?" or who is going to work together to carry out the mission and vision that Jesus has laid out for us?  Our scripture is Ephesians 4: 1-6.

    Join us as Pastor Jen concludes our sermon series: Revival. Too many times, we cannot passionately worship or joyfully serve when we allow the weight of the world to hold us down. During this four-week sermon series, we will be encouraged to drop those things like sin, guilt, shame, bitterness, or distractions. We will be inspired to walk with confidence in the Spirit and worship with freedom and great vigor as our hearts are awakened by the power of the Holy One. Scripture: Mark 11: 24
