Creating a space where we dive deep and grow together.

Episode 1

First Official Podcast! What Made Me Who I Am Today.

It's finally here! I have been wanting to create a Podcast before it was even a thing. In our very first episode we will be diving into the things that have shaped me into the person I am today. How I've learned to lead from a "Do no harm, but take no shit" mindset, where we had to use our survival techniques to get through childhood and how we can make them work for us and not against us in adulthood. Diving into NorseTok Zooms & future plans. UnFükWithAble

A talk about my failed attempts at becoming UnFükWithAble, what I had to acquire in order to maintain the necessary skills and mindset to overcome the "Meanie Heads" Hopefully you gain some knowledge to help armor up against them and someday become UnFükWithAble as well.

Dear Past Ali,

Love Future Ali

I know how hard it was for you to open yourself up like that. Actually I know how hard it was to even get out of bed that day you recorded it. How useless you felt and how much you wanted to switch your pain to desperation and anger, but you didnt. You stayed in your peace, allowed the stillness to sink in and charged your soul with it. Yes, I’m writing my own first review. WHY? Because I recorded this podcast on one of my lowest days to prove to myself that NOTHING will hold me back or keep me down. That I will do the hard things even when my hands are shaking and my heart feels like it’s going to pop out of my chest. I will continue to pull myself up from the depth before I am ready because we have big things to do and someone out there is feeling the same way you are and maybe if you get up so can they! Proud of You
