In this episode of Luv Sucks, we take a closer look at narcissism and the subtle warning signs that can appear in relationships, friendships, and even the workplace. We explore what narcissistic behavior actually means, why it is often difficult to recognize at first, and how patterns such as gaslighting, emotional manipulation, and a lack of empathy can gradually affect your confidence and emotional well-being. This episode is not about labeling people, but about helping you understand unhealthy dynamics and trust your own experience. If you have ever felt confused, emotionally drained, or as though you were losing yourself in a relationship, this episode offers valuable insights into how to recognize the red flags and protect your peace.

Episode 13: The Truth About Healthy Relationships: What Actually Makes Love Last

In this episode of Luv Sucks, we explore what truly makes a relationship healthy and what it takes to keep love strong over time. Lasting relationships are not built on chemistry alone, but on trust, emotional safety, honest communication, and the willingness to choose each other even when life becomes challenging. We talk about why consistency matters more than intensity, how appreciation and reassurance strengthen connection, and why healthy couples work together instead of against each other. If you’ve ever wondered what real love looks like beyond the honeymoon phase, this episode offers honest insights into what it actually takes to build a strong and lasting relationship.

Episode 12: Happiness – Can It Be Learned?

n this episode, I reflect on whether happiness is something we are born with or something we can actually learn. I explore my own tendency to hold back from fully experiencing positive emotions like joy, love, or excitement, and question where this emotional distance comes from. I talk about how life experiences can lead us to protect ourselves from disappointment, often at the cost of not fully allowing happiness in when it is present. Over time, I’ve started to see happiness less as a constant state and more as a practice of awareness, gratitude, and emotional permission. This episode is about small but powerful shifts in perspective—how our environment, mindset, boundaries, and ability to release the past all shape the way we experience life. At its core, it asks a simple question: are we actually learning to be happy, or are we unintentionally blocking it?

Episode 11: Soulmates vs. Ending the Misery – What Love Really Means

In this episode, I explore two seemingly opposite sides of love—believing in soulmates and knowing when it’s time to walk away. We often romanticize the idea of “the one,” someone perfectly aligned with us in every way. But is that realistic, or just a comforting story we tell ourselves? I share my perspective on why I don’t believe in a single soulmate, but rather in meaningful connections that can feel deeply aligned at different stages of life. At the same time, I break down what actually makes a relationship work beyond attraction: loyalty in a world full of distraction, emotional safety, friendship, empathy, respect, balance, shared values, and the ability to grow together instead of apart. But love isn’t only about building—it’s also about recognizing when something is no longer healthy. I talk openly about broken trust, emotional distance, repeating cycles, misaligned futures, and the difficult reality that love alone is sometimes not enough to stay. This episode is about clarity over fantasy, and honesty over comfort. About understanding whether we are truly building something meaningful—or staying in something that slowly drains us. Do soulmates exist, or are they something we create through choice, effort, and emotional alignment? I’d be curious to hear your perspective.
