    Heal Your Younger Self Meditation

    This short guided meditation is designed for you to send love to a younger version of yourself. This will help you heal that part of you, as you accept the circumstances of the time. Perfect for those with religious trauma, or difficult upbringings. This meditation is just over 14 minutes of soothing but emotionally deep visualisation prompts. It is okay if you cry, and it is okay if you don't. It might be helpful to journal about the memory or time period that showed up for you. Meditations like this may help relieve anxiety and stress during stressful and uncertain times in your life. I find this particular meditation wonderful to play when I need to figure out a blockage. For those who feel stuck in a negative mindset, spiral, energetically drained, overwhlemed or overloaded, this meditation will help you to accept parts of yourself that you may have ignored, repressed or forgotten.     Brighten Your Day Meditation

    This short meditation is designed to re-set your mindset for the day (or night) ahead. Enjoy over 12 minutes of Hana's uniquely crafted affirmations nestled amongst a guided visualisation that aims to brighten your mood, relax your mind and encourage peacefulness into your day. You may repeat each affirmation in your head as you hear them, or out loud if you feel comfortable. Pay close attention to the affirmations that don't feel 'true' for you, as this can highlight any limiting beliefs you may be holding. Meditations like this may help relieve anxiety and stress during stressful and uncertain times in your life. I find this particular meditation wonderful to play when I need a few moments to reset my nervous system OR to have playing in the background as I do my makeup, or hang out the washing, and I repeat all the affirmations aloud.     Shielding & Psychic Shut Down For Sleep Meditation

    This short meditation has 7.5 minutes of Hana's uniquely crafted guided visualisation techniques that aim to shut down your psychic senses and shield yourself energetically for a night of uninterrupted rest.  This visualisation is then followed by 3.5 minutes of music only, fading out softly at the end. The goal of this meditation is to help you drift off to sleep and if you fall asleep whilst listening, don't fight it, that's perfect.Ideally you will want to download this episode, or add it to a seperate playlist so that nothing comes on once it finishes that could startle you awake.  Meditations like this may help relieve anxiety and stress during stressful and uncertain times in your life.
