    Cycle Syncing For Business Owners

    Scorpio season is here, and the whole marketing world is rushing toward Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the holidays.  In this episode of Business Energetics, I share how I keep up with the rush by planning my business around my energy instead of pushing through it. We start with cycle syncing and how each week of our cycle has its own job. One week is for prospecting and high-energy tasks, one is for creative planning and vision work, and the weeks in between are for the recurring tasks that bring in most of the results.  I also explain how men, or anyone who works on a daily rhythm, can use the same approach. I walk you through my ADO Method (Automate, Delegate, Own It) for sorting every task in your business, show how I built an unconventional schedule that protects my mornings and my Fridays, and explain why working with energy-aligned clients and team members changes everything.
