Backlog Na Naman! Budolcast is your Filipino/Pinoy niche videogame podcast discussing retro and current videogame reviews and recommendations of game titles that may have missed your radar or probably may be part of the games you bought for some time but haven't played yet or simply your backlogs, hence the title.     Isa sa naging rationale namin ni Ate Cas sa Backlog Na Naman! Budolcast ay ang pagkakaroon ng mga blindspots. Bilang nakatira sa 3rd world country tulad ng Pilipinas, videogames are truly a luxury, a luxury that not everyone had the privilege of enjoying to the fullest. Ika nga ni mama noon: "May Family Computer na tayo, bakit kailangan mo pa ng Playstation???" Syempre tipid. Kaya andami sa ating mga Batang 90s na trentahin (or minsan kwurentahin) na, nauso ang katagang "healing the inner child". At dahil nasa healing the inner child tayo, nagagandahan pa din tayo sa mga games na never nating nalaro sa mga lumang platforms like PS3, PS2, PS1, or even sa mga Nintendo platforms na never nauso sa atin tulad ng N64, GameCube, Wii/WiiU. Kaya minsan pag may mga modern re-releases/remasters ng mga games, grabe ang tuwa kapag na-aannounce sa mga State of Play o Nintendo Direct. Pwedeng wala tayo sa current hype nung unang announcement ng mga games na to, pero never too late ma-hype ulit sa mga games na never natin nalaro pero magkakaroon na tayo ng chance malaro. Kaya ngayong episode, maglalabas kami ni Ate Cas ng mga saloobin at karanasan sa mga videogame blindspots namin at pati sa mga blindspots na na-cross out na sa listahan namin. Kayo ba?
