The Unsolved Case of Sheree Allen

On January 23, 2005, 22-year-old Sheree Allen was last seen at the Colonial Motel in downtown Salt Lake City. Less than 24 hours later, a man named David made a horrifying discovery behind a West Valley City shopping plaza. Sheree’s body had been wrapped in garbage bags and discarded in a commercial dumpster. Despite key details about her final hours and a potential persons of interest, the investigation stalled, leaving a family fighting for answers and a case that has sat cold for over two decades. In this episode, I talk about who Sheree was, her final known movements, the police timeline, the leads investigators pursued, and examine how modern forensic advancements might hold the key to finally delivering justice. #ShereeAllen #JusticeForSheree #ColdCase #UtahColdCaseCoalition 🎙️ Welcome to Kept on Ice! 🎙️ A True Crime podcast focusing on Cold & Unsolved Cases. The Unsolved Murder of David Carter

On September 28, 2018, David Darnell Carter Sr. went to a high school football game to watch his teenage son play. A regular, ordinary evening spent supporting the family he adored. David was a devoted father, a hard worker at the Magna Seating Plant, and a well-loved presence in his Melvindale, Michigan community. When David failed to show up for work 2 days later or return calls over the next few days, his family knew something was wrong. Their worst fears were realized when his remains were discovered along Interstate 75 in Ohio. Investigators quickly identified a primary person of interest, his then-girlfriend Tamera, "Tammy" Williams. Who was briefly detained, but released pending further investigation. When the investigation finally caught up to her, fled, sparking a nationwide manhunt that continues to this day. Years later, despite a federal warrant and a spot on the U.S. Marshals Most Wanted list, Tamera remains at large, leaving a grieving family searching for closure and accountability. In this episode, we trace the timeline of late September 2018, examine the evidence gathered across state lines, and look into the ongoing search for justice for David Carter. #DavidCarter #JusticeForDavidCarter #15MostWanted #TameraWilliams #ColdCase 🎙️ Welcome to Kept on Ice! 🎙️ A True Crime podcast focusing on Cold & Unsolved Cases. The Unsolved Case of Brittany Locklear

On the cold morning of January 7, 1998, 5-year-old Brittany Lynn Locklear stood at the end of her dirt driveway on Grainey Road in Hoke County, North Carolina, waiting for the elementary school bus. Her mother stepped inside their home for just a moment and when she returned, Brittany was gone. A neighbor reported witnessing a full-sized pickup truck slam on its brakes, an unknown man grabbed Brittany, and sped away. Within hours, a massive search effort uncovered her clothing discarded along a rural road. Tragically, the following afternoon, Brittany was discovered in a drainage ditch roughly three miles from her home. Decades later, despite DNA evidence, thousands of tips, and a suspect vehicle description, Brittany’s killer remains at large. In this episode, we examine the timeline of that January morning, the ongoing efforts by the Hoke County Sheriff's Office and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (NCSBI), and why investigators believe someone holds the final key to bringing closure to the Locklear family. There is currently a $20,000 state reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction If you have any information, no matter how small you think it is please contact the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office at (910) 875-5111 or leave an anonymous tip at (910) 878-1100 🎙️ Welcome to Kept on Ice! 🎙️ A True Crime podcast focusing on Cold & Unsolved Cases.
