Get Naked... With Yourself

Gina Marie

Are you ready to shed the armor, come home to yourself, and finally hold more: more money, more freedom, more of yourself, all without the hustle, the proving, or the bracing? Then you're in the right place. I'm Gina Marie. I help successful women break the patterns that have been running the show, and finally hold the life and business they've been working so hard to build. Here's what I know to be true: success doesn't change your life when your body still thinks it isn't safe to have it. Every episode names the thing you've been living but haven't had words for yet: the patterns that kick in right when things start working, and the armor you had no idea you were even wearing. Then it gives you a real practice to start shedding it. This is not a mindset podcast, and this is not a manifesting podcast. This is the work. Take a breath and press play. I'm so glad you're here, and it's time to get naked with yourself. With so much love, Gina

You've Said You're Done a Hundred Times, So Why Are You Still Stuck? How to Recognize Self-Abandonment and Finally Break the Cycle

What happens when you’ve said “I’m done” so many times that you’ve stopped believing yourself? This week I’m getting naked about the years I spent in an unhappy marriage I knew wasn’t right, and why knowing something has to change is so different from being able to change it. The fear of making the wrong decision kept me asking “what if” while another year went by, and then another. In this episode, we're getting naked about what really keeps us feeling stuck, how fear of change and fear of being alone can influence our choices, and why self-abandonment can become such a familiar pattern that we don't even recognize it anymore. Here’s what we’re getting naked about: Why you keep saying you're done but find yourself in the same situation months or years later. What people pleasing has to do with staying stuck for years Why fear of being alone can keep you in something that’s making you miserable The difference between relief and change Why building self trust matters when you're ready to stop repeating the same patterns. How to trust yourself enough to start making different choices, without feeling like you have to turn your entire life upside down. So if you've been telling yourself something has to change but keep finding yourself right back where you started, this conversation is for you. Hate Sales but Sell for a Living? The Subconscious Pattern Behind Limiting Beliefs and the Practice That Rewires It

Do you post your offer once, hear nothing back, and decide you’d rather not be annoying? This week I’m getting naked about the belief that had me hiding my own offers, and it showed up every time I walked onto a car lot. You water down your call to action so you’ll sound less salesy. You skip the follow-up because you don’t want to bother anyone, and when nobody buys the first time, you disappear and call it being authentic.  I did every one of those things, and it all traced back to a car lot and the limiting beliefs I picked up there. When I became a coach and had to sell my own offers, my subconscious mind was still running the old story about salespeople, and I share what happened when I finally caught it. In this episode, you'll learn: Why "I hate sales" might be the belief keeping you from making them Why your worry about seeming salesy might be your belief, projected onto your audience How to sell yourself when part of you thinks salespeople only want your money The difference between pushy sales tactics and ethical selling, and why your intentions matter How to approach ethical sales in a way that respects your customers' choices while staying true to yourself. Where your fear of sales shows up in your body mid-conversation What might be standing between you and the sales confidence you need to share your offers without second-guessing yourself. If you've ever held back from talking about your business because you didn't want to bother anyone, I want you to listen to this one. We're getting honest about the beliefs you might not even realize you're carrying and how they could be affecting your business. Go make the offer, and let them decide.  With so much love, Gina   Connect with me: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ginamarie_coach/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/wickedwealthywoman Website: http://www.wickedwealthywoman.com/   Join the F**K The Hustle Book Club: https://coaching.wickedwealthywoman.com/bookclub-251920    Try The Naked Truth GPT™ for FREE: https://freebie.wickedwealthywoman.com/the-naked-truth-gpt-8306   Break free from burnout. You've Mastered Pushing Through. But Have You Learned When to Stop? How to Recognize Self-Abandonment and Start Listening to Your Body

What if the “no excuses” mindset you’ve been living by is actually self-abandonment in disguise? We've been taught to push through, work harder, and keep going no matter what. And somewhere along the way, hustle culture became so normal that we started calling it discipline, ambition, and commitment. But what happens when pushing yourself means ignoring what you actually need? In this episode, I'm sharing a personal experience that made me think about how easily we override ourselves just to meet other people's expectations. We're talking about productivity guilt, feeling guilty for resting, and why so many women struggle with listening to your body, even when it's clearly asking for a break. Here's what you'll learn: How hustle culture can turn into self-abandonment without you even realizing it. Why you might have your self worth tied to productivity and struggle with feeling guilty for not being productive. The difference between pushing through resistance and genuinely needing rest. Why feeling guilty for resting can be a sign of deeper beliefs you've been carrying for years. How to strengthen your self trust and reconnect with your inner authority instead of letting outside expectations make your decisions. What to start asking yourself when you're wondering how to stop self abandonment and how to rest without feeling guilty. If you've ever felt like you need to earn your rest, or you can't slow down without feeling like you're falling behind, this conversation is for you. Who Do You Think You Are? The Subconscious Programming Behind Core Beliefs You Never Chose (and How to Rewire It)

What happens when you want something so much you can feel it in your body, and a voice right behind it asks, who do you think you are? This week I'm getting naked about a ponytail. I loved them on other women for years but never once wore my hair up to anything professional, and when I finally asked myself why, it opened up a much bigger question. You see something you want and can already feel yourself having it. Then a voice chimes in before you've even enjoyed the wanting. That's too much. What will people think? Those are limiting beliefs, and most of them were never yours. Years of social conditioning turned into subconscious programming built on the fear of judgement, and this week I'm giving you a way to hear that voice and ask whose it is.  Here's what we're getting naked about: Why a ponytail became one of my clearest examples of limiting beliefs Where your core beliefs about money, women, and visibility came from Why being too much felt risky to the little girl in you How the fear of being judged once helped you belong What my friend almost walked away from in a store in Maine Where your inner critic learned what to say Why playing small can pass for gratitude How to answer who do you think you are instead of letting it put you back in your place If you've ever caught yourself feeling unworthy of something you worked hard for, this episode is your invitation to choose which rules still belong and let yourself receive more.  Go wear the ponytail, love, and let yourself want the house. Let's get naked. Are You Problem-Focused or Possibility-Focused? How to Change What You’re Training Yourself to See

Do you ever catch yourself telling the same frustrating story for the third time before the day's even over? This week, I'm talking about how to stop complaining, and I'm counting myself in. Somebody cuts you off, you hit a red light, then another, and by the time you park you're telling a friend about it like it was the worst day of your life. By the third telling, you've started rehearsing it, and that's how chronic complaining begins. I explain what your reticular activating system has to do with it and why your brain keeps finding more.  If you've been wondering how to stop being negative, I'm never going to ask you to slap an affirmation on something that hurts. We start with how to feel your feelings, then how to stop dwelling on things once you can tell feeling a feeling from feeding it, and I share how to sit in a room full of complaining without getting pulled in.  In this episode, you'll learn: What your reticular activating system has to do with seeing the same car everywhere How to process emotions in a healthy way, pillow screaming included Where the answer to “Why do I complain so much?” begins  Where the line falls in venting vs complaining How to stop ruminating on a story you've already told 10 times How to stop gossiping at the table without announcing you're done with it What the 24-hour experiment asks of you before you try to stop complaining Whether you retell a bad day until it feels worse or keep wondering how to stop complaining about everything, this episode gives you room to feel it all and then choose what your brain goes looking for next. Grab your popcorn. Let's get naked.    Here's to feeling it all and choosing what you look for next, Gina  Connect with me: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ginamarie_coach/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/wickedwealthywoman Website: http://www.wickedwealthywoman.com/

Did the Breakthrough Wear Off? Why High-Achieving Women Keep Reverting and What's Actually Going On Beneath the Conscious Mind

What if the "I should" and "I can't" in your language patterns are the clearest clues to what's running your business? In this episode, I explore what I actually mean when I say "Get Naked with Yourself," and why women entrepreneurs who know better still make decisions their conscious mind never signed off on. I get into the limiting beliefs and old wounds running underneath your business, the emotional addiction I lived in for years, and why the emotional states you keep returning to have been passing for your personality. Here's what I want you to hear: How to notice the phrases you say on repeat without rushing to fix them How to spot self abandonment in the ways you perform, overfunction, and make yourself easier to love Why every protection mechanism you uncover once helped you belong and stay safe Why the emotional patterns you find are never evidence that you're broken How subconscious reprogramming teaches your whole system that the life you want can be safe now Why self compassion lets you thank the version of you that made you driven and capable If you've been searching for subconscious healing that reaches your business, your money, and your relationships, this episode is your invitation to choose what gets to run your life now. Who’s Actually Running Your Business? The Subconscious Programming Behind Overthinking, Undercharging & Self-Sabotage

What if the woman running your business was formed long before you ever had something to sell? I explore why women entrepreneurs who know the business strategy still can't get themselves to execute it. I go back to where your subconscious mind began forming, from the womb to around age seven, and look at how subconscious programming from the people raising you became the beliefs behind your prices and your posts. In the last episode, I talked about why two women can follow the same sales scripts and get different results, and this week I go backwards to where the version of you using those scripts came from. I share why hyper independence was my pattern and still shows up sometimes, why people-pleasing, perfectionism, and conflict avoidance all worked, and the question I ask my clients and speaking audiences, one that might make you a little mad. Here's what I walk you through: How to notice the conclusions you drew at five that still make your decisions What to recognize before you call your protective behaviors proof that something's wrong with you How an early rejection can turn being visible into something your body treats as unsafe Why you were learning how to handle rejection long before your first sales calls Why your childhood wounds come to work with you every morning How to hear the pit in your stomach as information without taking it as an instruction Why you don't need to heal every old pattern before you take action What to ask yourself when an old version of you tries to make today's decisions If you've been searching for inner work that reaches your pricing, your follow-ups, and your content, this episode is your invitation to notice who's been making your decisions and choose who gets to make them now. Here's to choosing who you are now when an old pattern shows up. Know Every Sales Strategy But Still Hesitate Asking for the Sale? The Limiting Beliefs Running Your Business (and How to Stop Obeying Them)

Do you know exactly how to sell and still hesitate to say your price, delete the follow up you already wrote, or whisper the second someone might notice you want the sale? In this episode, I explore why female entrepreneurs and service providers can learn the exact same sales strategy and get different results, and why the version of you executing that strategy was built long before you started the business. I walk you through the conditioning, beliefs, and protection you brought with you, and why awareness gives you a choice instead of one more thing to fix about yourself. Three years ago, I left a 25 year relationship and started the deepest healing journey of my life, and somewhere in it I paused my business without deciding to. Now that I'm building again, my coach challenged me to sign a new private client, and the immediate no I heard in my own head exposed a belief I'd never seen: asking for what I want is selfish. I talk about what that taught me as a business coach who teaches sales, and why the inner work underneath your pricing strategy decides how you say your number and what you make a no mean. You'll walk away knowing: How to notice the “shh” that shows up right before you ask for the sale What to recognize when you hide that you want clients Why two women can run the same strategy and tell themselves two different stories about it How to spot the limiting beliefs hiding inside how you say your price What to ask when following up starts to sound like being annoying Why hearing no can turn into a story about your offer or your worth How to separate the information money gives you from the authority you hand it What to notice when a slow stretch sends you into planning or panic Why curious questions get you further than asking what's wrong with you What to remember about your self worth when your results change If you've been searching for personal growth, self trust, and support for women in sales and service, this episode is your invitation to stop obeying the story that built you and choose who runs your business now.
