    Extending Love and Compassion Beyond

    There is a movement towards de-stigmatizing mental health, and it's creating a world where it's more acceptable to talk about your mental health struggles. This transition and recognition is so important to our overall health and raising the vibration of humanity as a whole. But I think we are missing something very important in this movement, and if we work together to change it, it could have an unlimited amount of positive ripple effects that create a better world for everyone.     Quieting the Mind and Becoming More Present

    Lately I've been in a SUPER busy season of my life, and it has really put me out of alignment with my natural state of being. It has taken me from focusing on manifesting and everything future-oriented, to making presence and peace my priority.  There are some super helpful tools and decisions I've made that have made this transition much easier. I can feel myself morphing back into a more authentic, present version of me, and it feels SO good.  This episode will be really helpful if you could use some grounding tools in your life right now too.

    A Weekend in Charlevoix, MI

    My fiance and I spent a long weekend in Charlevoix, MI and I'm sharing all about it in this episode! Things to do, where to eat and some interesting stories about our time there. You'll definitely want to plan a trip to this beautiful northern Michigan city if you wnat to experience some of the best hospitality and nature you can get! Things to do in Charlevoix: - walk by the water - visit That French Place for some coffee, pastries and a crepe! - do some shopping - go swimming or hiking or any other outdoor activity! - go see the Mushroom houses - visit Castle Farms (on a nice day) - take a 20 minute drive to Petoskey for even more shopping, local art shows and restaurants - go thrifting The cottage we stayed in

    Turning Chaos into Presence and Gratitude

    Things have been a bit chaotic lately within my household. With a wedding coming up, a potential move, a 4-week long honeymoon.. we are deep into planning, prepping and dreaming. So much so that I have had a hard time staying present, and zoning in on who I want to be, rather than what I want. All of this culminated into one chaotic event that forced me to slow down (literally) and take note of everything I was attracting in my life.
