Rebel Manifestors

Pati Diaz

Welcome to the Rebel Manifestors podcast. It is my belief that the most direct way to manifest your desires is to focus on becoming the person who is living the life you desire so that those desires, and more, have no choice but to manifest for you. Being yourself and creating the life you desire is the most rebellious thing you can do.

Episode 119 - You Don't Have to Feel Like Her Yet

What if you’re already becoming the woman you said you wanted to be… but you just don’t feel like her yet? This week, I’m sharing something I’m right in the middle of: booking a trip to Mexico City to see Elton John and realizing that even after I bought the damn tickets, I still didn’t completely feel like the confident, badass rock chick who travels for concerts. Except… she’s the one who bought the tickets. That realization opened up a much bigger conversation about confidence, becoming, and all the little reps we take before life finally gives us something heavier to lift. Because sometimes the bigger decision doesn’t create your confidence. Sometimes it reveals the confidence you’ve already been building. In this episode, we talk about using your resources for something you desire, fear dressed up as responsibility, moving finish lines, messy first attempts, and why the older versions of you don’t have to disappear as you become someone new. Maybe you don’t have to wait until you feel like her. Maybe you need to start noticing the evidence that she’s already here. And in every episode:REBEL REFLECTIONA journaling or thought prompt.REBEL CHALLENGEAn action for you to take or activity to try.REBEL TRACKA song to listen to. 🎸 Ready to practice becoming her?The Manifesting ME With Music Scripting Challenge gives you 30 days of music, journaling, mindset, and small actions designed to help you become the person already living the life on your vision board. You have lifetime access, so there’s no being behind and no catching up. Come back and take the next rep. We don’t wish for a better life. We become the person living that life.

Episode 118 - Freedom Requires Decision Making

You wanted more freedom. More freedom with your time. More freedom to make your own choices. More freedom to actually live the life you've been creating. But here's the part we don't talk about enough: Freedom requires decision-making. Last week, I didn't get everything done that I had planned. Some content didn't get created. Some things never got checked off the list. But I recorded and published the podcast. I went to conversation club. I sat with a friend at the hospital who didn't want to be there alone. I walked on the beach with friends and watched the sunset. I lived my f*****g life. And looking back at the week made me question the way I was measuring it. Maybe I didn't fail to do everything. Maybe everything wasn't equally important. In this episode of the Rebel Manifestors Podcast, we're talking about discipline vs. discernment, why we're often better at keeping commitments to other people than honoring our own priorities, and what changes when we recognize that we have authority over where our energy goes. Because maybe you don't need more discipline. Maybe you need more discernment about what deserves your discipline. And maybe action isn't something you use to prove how badly you want your dream. Action is how you participate in the life you're creating. And in every episode: REBEL REFLECTION A journaling or thought prompt. REBEL CHALLENGE An action for you to take or activity to try. REBEL TRACK A song to listen to. If you like the way we use music on the podcast to explore who you're becoming, that's exactly what we practice inside Manifesting ME With Music. Episode 117 - You Wanted the Freedom. Now What?

What happens when the life you wanted isn’t in “someday” anymore? I moved to Mexico. I created more freedom over my time, my work, and my schedule. Nobody here knew the old version of me or had expectations about how I was supposed to live. And yet somehow... Old Pati’s muscle memory crossed the border with me. In this episode, I’m exploring what happens when our circumstances change before we’ve developed the muscle memory for actually living differently. We’re talking about old programming, the employee identity I apparently didn’t leave completely behind, Becoming Practice, and why those small Future You actions matter more than they may seem. We’ll also get into the moment when practice isn’t enough anymore - when the garage band has to play the f*****g gig. Because action isn’t payment for the life you want. It’s participation. And sometimes the manifestation isn’t what happens after you take the action. Sometimes the manifestation happens in you because you took it. Where in my life am I still living by rules, habits, or limitations that my current life no longer requires? Choose one small act of participation - something that’s already available to you that you’ve been treating like it belongs to Future You. Go do it. Not because you need to be productive or prove anything. Because this is your life, and you’re allowed to participate in it. “What Are You Waiting For?” - Nickelback Listen with this question: What am I waiting for before I let myself participate in the life that’s already available to me? 🎸 Mentioned in this episode: Manifesting ME With Music - my 30-day experience using music, journaling, scripting, mindset, and action to practice becoming the person living the life you desire. 🤘 REBEL REFLECTION⚡ REBEL CHALLENGE🎵 REBEL TRACK

Episode 116 - You Don't Have to Start Over: The Power of Returning

What happens when you miss a day, fall behind, or life completely f***s with the plan? If you're anything like me, you might have learned to treat that interruption like a debt. Catch up. Make up the missed days. Put in extra time. Get back on schedule. But what if you don't owe anything? In this episode, I'm talking about my old habit of turning journaling challenges into another freaking job, why catching up often kept me from getting the actual benefit of what I was doing, and what happened when last week's plans changed with less than 24 hours' notice - and I realized I was responding very differently than the old version of me would have. We also get into why I can leave my camera untouched for months and simply return to photography without guilt, how structured challenges may activate some of that good-student/good-employee conditioning, and why completion isn't the same as transformation. Plus, I take a little unexpected side trip into Divine Timing and discover something about my own Manifesting ME With Music Challenge in real time: Sequence doesn't have to mean schedule. THIS WEEK'S REBEL TRUTH 🤘 Consistency isn't never being interrupted. It's knowing how to return. And maybe consistency is even simpler than that: Consistency is always coming back. And in every episode: REBEL REFLECTION A journaling or thought prompt. REBEL CHALLENGE An action for you to take or activity to try. REBEL TRACK A song to listen to. Episode 115 - She Was Me All Along: The Concert Where I Met My Inner Rock Chick

What if the things that make you feel most alive are showing you who you’ve been all along? At 14 or 15, I went to my first rock concert without knowing the band, the songs, or the words. But surrounded by the music, energy, rebels, outcasts, and rock chicks, I recognized something that felt real. For one of the first times in my life, being loud wasn’t something I needed to correct. My loudness was the participation. In this episode, I connect that first Stryper concert, the community I later found while working at Long Hair Rocks, and the book passage that finally gave me language for what I experienced: the rebellious rock chick I wished I could be was part of the real me all along. In this episode: • Why happiness can be information - not merely a reward• The difference between fitting in and belonging• How your body may recognize belonging before your mind understands it• Why becoming yourself can be recognition rather than invention• How music can become the road back to yourself - or the road forward And in every epsode: REBEL REFLECTION A journaling or thought promopt. REBEL CHALLENGE An action for you to take or activity to try. REBEL TRACK A song to listen to.
