    N.O.W= Notice, Observe & Waken

    Hola to all :) So I dont post episodes regularly anymore, however I did recently read "Practising the Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle (twice), and had some intresting and mind challenging things to share and bring up.  This episode might sound crazy for some people, and may leave more confused, and for some I might be talking thier language.   But what I do know for sure is that I extend my deepest gratitude for anyone who clicks play. Also for those who dont, love you guys too.  Orly 3 BTW the title of this episode is made up hahhaa, I made up the idea that the word now is made up from those three words, i dont know... tried to be creative hope you like it!

    How To Get Intimate With Intimacy.

    In today's T**s episode, we will discuss intimacy within ourselves and within our relationships. We will go over the 3 ways we can increase the proximity within our relationships, in a new and refreshing way while simultaneously growing together as individuals.   We acknowledge the fact that creating intimacy can be an uncomfortable process, therefore we tap into the Japanese concept of the “3 faces” to better understand the realm of discomfort and how can we maneuver ourselves within those elements.   I also open up about where I have been mentally and emotionally lately and why I did not publish episodes this past month.  By shifting our focus on our journey, together we will make this ultimate feeling our reality, as it is truly within us.

    How Is Capitalism Connected To Body Positivity, The Male Gaze And Beauty Standards?

    In today's T**s episode, I share some insight and thoughts on body positivity, body image, the male gaze, physical attraction and capitalism.  This episode has a purpose to stimulate some thoughts regarding these topics.    A train of thought and question I arrived at during this episode, (which I am yet to explore deeper, perhaps make an additional episode on):    1) Has capitalism exploited the males desire for a woman into the idea of 'the male gaze', thus raising negative body image amongst those desiring male partners?   2) And is the body positivity movement, 'combating'  negative body image and 'the male gaze' (arguably created by capitalistic interest), being exploited, by capitalism?     By asking these questions, we dive deep and tap into our knowledge, energy and understanding of the root of our feelings we experience regarding our physical bodies in this modern world.    YOU ARE LOVE.
