Re-Release: What Is the Inner Child and Why Healing It Changes Everything

Your inner child still lives within you. If you often feel sad, not good enough, emotionally triggered, or stuck in patterns you do not fully understand, this conversation is for you. In this re-released episode, I sit down with Anoop Dhamoon to explore what inner child work really is and why healing it can change how you relate to yourself and others. We talk about where emotional patterns come from, how childhood experiences stay stored in the body, and why moving on mentally does not always mean you have healed emotionally. We also explore how an unhealed inner child can show up in relationships, self worth, and the constant need for validation. You will learn what inner child work looks like in real life and how healing this part of you can lead to more fulfillment, emotional safety, and authenticity. Anoop Dhamoon is known as the Human Connection Architect. He believes every interaction we have is a reflection of our inner world. Through his work, he helps people reconnect with their values, live more aligned lives, and access deeper self awareness through breathwork, energy work, and presence. This episode is meant to raise awareness and spark reflection. It is not a substitute for therapy. Inner child work can be deep and emotional, and working with a trained professional is strongly encouraged. Re-Release: Beyond Dry January: How to Break Free from Alcohol by Building Habits and Changing Your Mindset

This is a re-release of a conversation that still matters especially as we step into a new year and many people are rethinking their relationship with alcohol. Dry January can be a powerful reset, but staying alcohol-free long term takes more than willpower. In this episode, I share my personal journey from casual drinking to living alcohol-free, and why mindset shifts, habit change, and honest self-reflection are what actually create lasting change. We explore: Why “just quitting” often doesn’t last What alcohol was really giving you (and taking from you) How to replace alcohol with healthier habits, not just remove it The mindset shifts that support long-term change Why awareness and intention matter more than restriction If you’re starting Dry January, cutting back, or questioning your relationship with alcohol, this episode offers practical insight and encouragement — without shame. 🎧 Referenced episode: What Did You Replace Alcohol With?
