    141. SOLO: Self-Trust Is Your Greatest Business Strategy

Building a business isn't just about having the right strategy, it's about trusting yourself enough to take the next step. In this solo episode, I'm sharing one of the biggest patterns I've been seeing with my coaching clients (and one I've lived through myself): the entrepreneurs who make the most progress aren't necessarily the ones with the best business plan. They're the ones who stop waiting for permission and start trusting their own voice. We talk about why so many founders end up outsourcing their authority to courses, coaches, or social media, how comparison is often a symptom of low self-trust rather than an Instagram problem, and the simple practices that actually help you build confidence over time. I also share stories from my own entrepreneurial journey (from building a tech startup to navigating burnout, rebuilding my career, and learning that the greatest business strategy I've ever developed wasn't another marketing funnel) it was learning to trust myself. In this episode, we'll cover: Why self-trust is one of the most overlooked business skills. How to stop outsourcing your authority while still asking for support. Why comparison is really a self-trust issue and how to move through it. The difference between learning from others and copying someone else's path. How to build self-trust by keeping small promises to yourself. If you've been second-guessing yourself, overthinking your next move, or wondering whether you're doing enough, I hope this episode reminds you that the answers you're searching for may already be within you. 📲 Connect with MagaliBook a discovery call Join the Unlock Your Vitality COMMUNITYInstagramMagali's Substack

    140. From Tech Exec to Building a Wellness Empire with Barbara Mighdoll

This week on the podcast, I’m joined by entrepreneur, founder, mom, and absolute visionary Barbara Mighdoll and this conversation is so much more than business.  Barbara shares the behind-the-scenes story of leaving her successful tech career to build what is now becoming one of the Bay Area’s fastest-growing wellness brands: MNT Studio. We talk about the courage it takes to pivot careers, building businesses while raising young kids, navigating uncertainty, creating community in a post-COVID world, and why women need spaces that support both wellness and connection. Barbara also opens up about: starting her side business while still working full-time the reality of entrepreneurship behind the scenes building with your spouse autoimmune health and stress why “action creates clarity” and the power of taking pauses before making big life decisions We also dive into the vision behind MNT Studio’s “wellness social club” model combining Pilates, co-working, childcare, sauna, and community all under one roof and why this concept is resonating so deeply right now. This episode is incredibly inspiring for anyone dreaming of building something meaningful, making a career pivot, redefining success, or craving a more connected way of living. If you’ve been feeling the pull toward something bigger, this conversation will leave you feeling expanded, energized, and reminded that you do not need to see the full staircase to take the next step.  📲 Connect with BarbaraInstagram Substack MNT STUDIO 📲 Connect with MagaliJoin the Unlock Your Vitality COMMUNITYInstagramSubstack

    136. Building The Hivery Through Grief, Community and Starting Over with Grace Kraaijvanger

In this deeply honest and moving conversation, I sit down with Grace, founder of The Hivery , to talk about entrepreneurship, grief, reinvention, community, and what it really looks like to build something meaningful through life’s hardest seasons. You’ve heard me mention The Hivery so many times on the podcast because becoming part of this community has genuinely changed my experience of entrepreneurship and womanhood. In this episode, Grace shares the incredible story behind building The Hivery: from her early career as a professional dancer, to navigating burnout and searching for deeper meaning, to creating one of the first women-centered coworking and community spaces in the Bay Area. But this conversation goes far beyond business. Grace vulnerably opens up about losing her mother, supporting her younger sister through terminal cancer while simultaneously expanding her business, and later losing everything she had built during the pandemic when The Hivery was forced to close its doors. We talk about what it means to hold grief while continuing to show up for your dreams, the courage it takes to start over, and why women so deeply need spaces where they can be fully seen, supported, and human. This episode is for anyone navigating a transition, rebuilding after loss, questioning what success really means, or craving deeper community in a world that often asks us to do it all alone.   📲 Connect with MagaliJoin the Unlock Your Vitality COMMUNITYInstagramMagali's Substack  📲 Connect with GraceFree Day Pass @ The HiveryJoin The HiveryInstagram

    135. SOLO: Anxiety, Accountability & Returning to Myself

In this solo episode, I’m sharing a little life update of my day today! It's a mix of anxiety, intuition, self-trust, accountability and the growing tension between being and doing. After waking up anxious from a nightmare and struggling to regulate my nervous system, I found myself thinking deeply about the tools, habits, and technologies we rely on and whether they actually bring us closer to ourselves or further away. I open up about my relationship with data tracking, fitness watches, health metrics, and the pressure to constantly optimize ourselves, especially in the wellness and entrepreneurial spaces. Inspired by a friend’s decision to stop wearing her Apple Watch, I reflect on what happened when I unintentionally stopped using my Garmin and how it actually helped me reconnect to my body, intuition, and self-trust. I also share the new monthly accountability practice inside the Unlock Your Vitality Community, including the three focus areas I’m currently working on: writing my book, building deeper relationships in my business, and exploring Ayurvedic living. This episode is a reminder that sometimes healing isn’t about more information, it’s about learning to trust yourself again. In this episode, we talk about: Navigating anxiety and nervous system regulation The difference between being vs. doing Why wearable data can sometimes disconnect us from intuition Reconnecting to movement, running, and body wisdom Accountability practices that actually feel supportive Jennifer's article I mentioned   📲 Connect with MagaliJoin the Unlock Your Vitality COMMUNITYInstagramMagali's Substack
