This week Elle is joined by @wearefullofbeans founder Hannah Hickinbotham — nutritionist, researcher, and someone with lived experience. We unpack why an ADHD or autism diagnosis can reframe a decade of disordered eating, why “meal prep hacks” don’t work for neurodivergent brains, and why self-compassion beats self-criticism every time.  Hannah shares her journey of eating disorders and being neurodivergent, how the two mix together and how someone can help themselves too. About Hannah: Hannah is a nutritionist specialising in ADHD, podcast host, and lived experience mental health researcher. She holds an MSc in Clinical Nutrition and starts a PhD this October exploring the link between ADHD and anorexia. Hannah is the founder of Full of Beans, the eating disorder awareness podcast, aiming to reduce shame, stigma and loneliness associated with eating disorders to bridge the gap between lived experience and clinical support. As someone who is AuDHD herself, she brings genuine understanding and passion to her work to help others build a relationship with food that helps them feel empowered, not overwhelmed. Hannah offers 1:1 ADHD nutrition coaching, delivers talks and training for schools, workplaces, healthcare settings and conferences, and collaborates on research, all with a glittery, rainbow-loving, cat-mum-in-Cambridge energy that makes nutritional science feel accessible and simple.   Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_wearefullofbeans/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/hannahhickinbotham/  Website: https://www.wearefullofbeans.com/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@wearefullofbeans  Podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/5RcJRo9tyIP4RzeZr2kSNO?si=ec6356c05cf44684
